Claims (14)
- 圧力容器内で使用するライナーの製造方法であって:
前記方法は以下のステップ;
(a)閉じたクラウン形状の端部(16)と開いた上部を有するアルミ合金のカップ形状のシェル(10)を提供するステップであって、前記シェルは、肉厚の小さい壁を有するドラム領域(18)と、肉厚の大きい壁を有する上部開き口に備えられた端部領域(20a)と、肉厚が次第に細くなる中間遷移ゾーン(20b)と、を有し;
(b)パンチ(24)を使用してシェル(10)を冷間引抜きするステップであって、
前記パンチ(24)は、軸、略円筒形部、および、上部領域(24a)を有し、
前記上部領域(24a)の半径は、略円筒形部の半径より小さく、
凹曲率半径R2を有する軸方向に延びる第二湾曲曲面と、隣接する凸曲率半径R1を有する第一湾曲曲面を画定するために、前記上部領域(24a)の半径は軸に沿って変化しており、
前記略円筒形部の半径は軸に沿って変化せず、一定であり、
前記冷間引抜きは;

(ii)カップ形状のシェルを機械加工して、肉厚の小さい壁を有するドラム領域(18)と、肉厚の大きい壁を有する端部領域(20a)と、肉厚が次第に小さくなる遷移ゾーン(20b)を有するシェル(10)を提供するステップと、を有する、
請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - ステップ(a)(i)で提供されるカップ形状のシェルは、アルミ合金のビレットを押し出すことによって、形成する、請求項7に記載の方法。
- ステップ(c)は、シェルをスピニング加工することによって実行する、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- アルミ合金は、AA7xxxやAA2xxxシリーズなどから選択された一種類の高強度の合金である、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- アルミ合金は、AA7xxxシリーズから選択される請求項10に記載の方法。
- アルミ合金は、AA7060である、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 冷間引抜きのステップは、15〜38%の間の量で、シェルの冷間加工が含まれる、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 冷間加工の量は、25〜38%である、請求項13に記載の方法。
