[5] 前記方法が連続的である、上記態様1〜4のいずれかに記載の前記方法。
[6] 前記油性供給物質が、少なくとも1つのトリアシルグリセロール油またはトリアシルグリセロール脂肪を含む、上記態様1〜5のいずれかに記載の前記方法。
[7] 前記押出器の溶融区域内の温度が、100〜200℃の範囲内である、上記態様1〜6のいずれかに記載の前記方法。
[8] 前記オレオゲルが食用である、上記態様1〜7のいずれかに記載の前記方法。
[9] 総油性供給物質の一部分が、第1の給油ポートへ供給され、前記総油性供給物質の第2の部分が、前記第1の供給ポートから下流に位置する第2の給油ポートへ供給される、上記態様1〜8のいずれかに記載の前記方法。
[10] 前記オレオゲルが抗酸化剤を含む、上記態様1〜9のいずれかに記載の前記方法。
Claims (9)
- (a)押出器の供給区域へエチルセルロースを供給することであって、前記押出器がその長さに沿って複数の給油ポートを有する、供給することと、
(b)油および脂肪から選択される少なくとも1つの油性供給物質を、前記給油ポートのうちの少なくとも1つへ供給することと、
(c)前記油性供給物質を前記エチルセルロースと混合して、実質的に均一な混合物を形成することと、
(d)前記混合物を冷却してオレオゲルを形成することと、を含む、方法。 - 前記混合物中の油性供給物質とエチルセルロースとの重量比が、99:1から75:25である、請求項1に記載の前記方法。
- 前記油性供給物質が食用である、請求項1または2に記載の前記方法。
- 前記方法が連続的である、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の前記方法。
- 前記油性供給物質が、少なくとも1つのトリアシルグリセロール油またはトリアシルグリセロール脂肪を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の前記方法。
