本実施例は、レーザ照射によってアーク発生を誘発するアーク溶接に関する。
Claims (3)
- 主制御対象の制御を行う主制御手段と、前記主制御対象により主作動を行うための条件が整った場合に制御可能な第1副制御対象の制御を行う第1副制御手段と、前記主作動が完了した後に制御可能な第2副制御対象の制御を行う第2副制御手段とを備える制御装置の協調制御方法であって、
前記第1副制御手段及び前記第2副制御手段は、制御を行うための制御準備が完了した場合に、前記主制御手段に準備完了信号を送信し、
前記主制御手段は、前記第1副制御手段及び前記第2副制御手段それぞれから前記準備完了信号を受信した場合に、前記主制御対象の制御を行い、前記主制御対象により前記主作動を行うための条件が整った場合に、前記第1副制御手段に制御実行信号を送信し、前記主作動が完了した後に、前記第2副制御手段に制御実行信号を送信し、
前記第1副制御手段は、前記制御実行信号を受信した場合に、前記第1副制御対象の制御を行い、
前記第2副制御手段は、前記制御実行信号を受信した場合に、前記第2副制御対象の制御を行うことを特徴とする協調制御方法。 - 請求項1に記載の協調制御方法において、
前記主制御手段は、前記第1副制御手段及び前記第2副制御手段それぞれから前記準備完了信号を受信した場合に、前記第1副制御手段及び前記第2副制御手段に制御保留信号を送信し、前記制御保留信号の送信後に前記主制御対象の制御を行い、
前記第1副制御手段は、前記制御保留信号を受信した後に前記制御実行信号を受信した場合に、前記第1副制御対象の制御を行い、
前記第2副制御手段は、前記制御保留信号を受信した後に前記制御実行信号を受信した場合に、前記第2副制御対象の制御を行うことを特徴とする協調制御方法。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の協調制御方法において、
前記第2副制御手段は、前記第1副制御手段よりも制御準備が完了するまでの時間が長く、且つ複数設けられ、
前記複数の第2副制御手段は、順番に前記主制御手段に前記準備完了信号を送信し、
前記複数の第2副制御手段のうちのいずれかにより前記第2副制御対象の制御を行っている間に、次の順番の前記第2副制御手段により制御準備を開始することを特徴とする協調制御方法。
