Claims (4)
- 固定部と傾動基板とがピボット部を介して相対回転可能に設けられ、前記固定部と前記傾動基板のいずれか一方が前記ピボット部と一体に構成され、前記固定部と前記傾動基板のうち、前記ピボット部に対して相対回転する側に設けられた傾斜検出部と、前記ピボット部に形成された角度検出パターンとを具備し、前記傾斜検出部は前記ピボット部に照明光を照射する光源と、前記ピボット部で反射された照明光を受光する受光素子と、該受光素子にパターン像を投影する光学系と、前記ピボット部が回転した場合の、前記受光素子に投影される前記パターン像の投影位置に基づき前記ピボット部の回転を検出する演算部とを具備することを特徴とする傾斜検出装置。
- 前記光学系は、光軸上に配設された偏光板と、偏光ビームスプリッタと、1/4波長板とを具備し、前記偏光板と前記偏光ビームスプリッタと前記1/4波長板とを介して前記ピボット部に照明光を照射し、該ピボット部で反射された前記パターン像を前記1/4波長板と前記偏光ビームスプリッタとを介して前記受光素子に受光させる請求項1の傾斜検出装置。
- 前記偏光板は前記偏光ビームスプリッタの入射面に形成された偏光膜であり、前記1/4波長板は前記偏光ビームスプリッタの射出面に形成された1/4波長膜である請求項2の傾斜検出装置。
- 傾動可能に設けられ、レーザ光線を水平方向に偏向し回転照射するレーザ投光器と、該レーザ投光器を傾斜させる傾斜部と、前記レーザ投光器の目標傾斜角を設定する傾斜設定部とを具備する回転レーザ装置であって、前記傾斜設定部は前記レーザ投光器の軸心と直交するベースプレートと、該ベースプレートに対してピボット部を介して傾動可能に設けられた傾動基板と、該傾動基板に設けられ、該傾動基板の水平を検出する傾斜検出器と、前記ピボット部に形成された角度検出パターンと、前記傾動基板に設けられた請求項1に記載の傾斜検出部とを具備することを特徴とする回転レーザ装置。
