Claims (4)
- 所定幅の周面を有する円筒状部材の周面に活物質が付着していない可撓性フィルムを着脱可能に1周以上巻き付けることによって装着する工程と、
前記可撓性フィルム上に、正極集電体に正極活物質を形成したシート状電極母材、又は、負極集電体に負極活物質を形成したシート状電極母材を巻回する工程と、
を有する電極ロール体の製造方法。 - 所定幅の周面を有する円筒状部材の周面に1周以上巻き付けることによって装着された可撓性フィルムから、活物質が付着していない面を露出させる工程と、
活物質が付着していない面を露出させた可撓性フィルム上に、正極集電体に正極活物質を形成したシート状電極母材、又は、負極集電体に負極活物質を形成したシート状電極母材を巻回する工程と、
を有する電極ロール体の製造方法。 - 前記可撓性フィルムは両面テープにより前記周面に固定される請求項1又は2に記載の電極ロール体の製造方法。
- 前記両面テープの表裏の粘着層で粘着力が異なり、粘着力の弱い粘着層が前記周面に当接される請求項3に記載の電極ロール体の製造方法。
