Description
Claims (15)
- 移動式クレーンの車台(1)に配置された駆動モータ(2)を手段として、上部構造の機能のための移動式クレーンの上部構造に提供された複数の油圧ポンプ(4、5)に動力を供給するための駆動装置であって、
上部構造(3)に配置され、油圧により、駆動モータ(2)によって駆動され、油圧モータ(7)に、第1の機械的出力と、第2の機械的出力を備える、油圧モータ(7)と、
第1の機械的出力を介して油圧モータ(7)に連結された、少なくとも一つの第1の油圧ポンプを備える第1のポンプ群であって、少なくとも一つの第1の油圧ポンプは、第1の開いた油圧回路を通してまたは第1の閉じた油圧回路を通して動力を上部構造の機能を処理するそれぞれの第1のユニットに供給する、第1のポンプ群と、
第2の機械的出力を介して油圧モータ(7)に連結された、少なくとも一つの第2の油圧ポンプ(5)を備える第2のポンプ群であって、少なくとも一つの第2の油圧ポンプは、第2の開いた油圧回路または第2の閉じた油圧回路を通して、動力を上部構造の機能を処理するそれぞれ第2のユニットに供給する、第2のポンプ群と、を備えることを特徴とする駆動装置。 - 油圧モータ(7)は、開いたまたは閉じた油圧回路を通して駆動される請求項1に記載の駆動装置。
- 1以上の油圧ポンプ(8、9)が油圧モータ(7)を駆動するために提供され、特に、前記油圧ポンプ(8、9)は、それぞれ、開いたまたは閉じた油圧回路を通して、油圧モータ(7)を駆動する請求項1または2に記載の駆動装置。
- 油圧ポンプ(4、5)は、前記第1の機械的出力及び/または前記第2の機械的出力において、伝達手段、特にシャフト、を通して、油圧モータ(7)に直接、連結される請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の駆動装置。
- 伝達ギアボックス(10)は、前記第1の機械的出力及び/または第2の機械的出力において、伝達手段、特にシャフト、を通して、油圧モータ(7)に直接、連結され、次に少なくとも2つの出力を備える請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の駆動装置。
- 伝達ギアボックス(10)の少なくとも2つの出力は、お互いに並列に配置されている請求項5に記載の駆動装置。
- 油圧モータ(7)または伝達ギアボックス(10)の共通の出力を通して、油圧モータ(7)に連結され、少なくとも2つの油圧ポンプ(4Aから4D、5Aから5D)を備える少なくとも1つの油圧ポンプ群(11、12、13)を備える請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の駆動装置。
- それぞれ機械的出力の近くに配置された群(11、12、13)の中の油圧ポンプ(4Aから4C、5Aから5C)は、それに続く油圧ポンプ(4Bから4D、5Bから5D)を駆動するために駆動シャフトを提供する請求項7に記載の駆動装置。
- 群(11、12、13)の中の油圧ポンプ(4Aから4D、5Aから5D)は、油圧モータに連結された、前記油圧ポンプ(4、5)、特にすべての油圧ポンプ(4、5)、は、同じ回転速度で操作されるように、お互いに連結されている請求項7または8に記載の駆動装置。
- それぞれ、機械的出力のより近くに配置された群(11、12、13)の中の油圧ポンプ(4Aから4C、5Aから5C)は、好ましくは、次に続く油圧ポンプ(4Bから4D、5Bから5D)よりも高い駆動用出力を示す請求項7乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の駆動装置。
- 群(11、12、13)の中の油圧ポンプ(4Aから4D、5Aから5D)のすべては、開いた油圧回路を通してまたは閉じた油圧回路を通して動力を上部構造の機能を処理するそれぞれのユニットに供給する請求項7乃至10のいずか1項に記載の駆動装置。
- 機械的出力により近くにそれぞれ配置された、群(11、12、13)の中の油圧ポンプ(4Aから4D、5Aから5D)の駆動シャフトは、平行に、特に実質的に同軸上に、配置されている請求項7乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の駆動装置。
- 第1及び第2の機械的出力は、油圧モータ(7)の反対側に、平行に、特に実質的に同軸上に、配置されている請求項1乃至12のいずれか1項に記載の駆動装置。
- 機械的出力の回転速度を測定し、特に油圧モータ(7)と油圧モータ(7)の最も近くに位置する油圧ポンプ(4A、5A)の間に配置された装置(14)を備える請求項1乃至13のいずれか1項に記載の駆動装置。
- 駆動モータ(2)を有する車台(1)と、上部構造の機能を提供する複数の油圧ポンプ(4、5)を有する上部構造(3)と、請求項1乃至14のいずれか1項に記載の駆動装置と、を備える移動式クレーン。
