Claims (7)
- ブロワであって、
a.ロータと、
b.ステータと、
c.プリント回路板であって、
i. 1つ以上の給電部と、
ii.複数の回路と、
を含むプリント回路板と、
を備え、
前記プリント回路板は前記ステータおよび/または前記ロータの一部を収容する貫通孔を含み、前記貫通孔は、前記貫通孔を二分する平面が前記平面の一方の側に短い側を形成し、前記平面の別の側に長い側を形成するように、偏心配置され、
前記1つ以上の給電部は前記プリント回路板の前記長い側に配置され、前記複数の回路のほぼ全てが前記1つ以上の給電部を有する前記プリント回路板の前記長い側に配置され、
前記複数の回路は複数のホール効果センサと、複数の、巻線と回路の終端点との接続点である巻線終端点と、1つ以上のモータドライバとを含み、前記モータドライバは、前記巻線と回路の終端点との接続点である前記複数の巻線終端点からの距離と前記複数のホール効果センサからの距離とがほぼ同じである位置に配置され、前記複数のホール効果センサは、前記貫通孔の第1の側に沿って連なり、前記複数の巻線終端点は、前記貫通孔の第2の側に沿って連なる、ブロワ。 - 前記プリント回路板は長円形又は楕円形である、請求項1に記載のブロワ。
- 前記短い側には前記複数の回路が殆ど無い、請求項1に記載のブロワ。
- 前記ロータは羽根車に接続され、前記プリント回路板は前記羽根車の軸線方向の占有面積内に完全に収まる、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のブロワ。
- 前記モータドライバから前記複数のホール効果センサまで複数のトレースが延在し、前記モータドライバから前記複数の巻線終端点まで複数のトレースが延在し、前記複数のホール効果センサまで延在する前記複数のトレースの長さは、前記複数の巻線終端点まで延在する前記複数のトレースの長さとほぼ同じである、請求項1に記載のブロワ。
- 前記回路は、トレースの長さと電磁干渉が最小化されるように、前記プリント回路板上に配置される、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載のブロワ。
- 前記複数の回路は高周波回路を含み、前記高周波回路と前記1つ以上の給電部との間に延在するトレースの長さが前記複数の回路の前記複数のトレースおよび他の全ての長さより短く、前記高周波回路は約8MHz以上の周波数を有する、またはマイクロプロセッサである、またはこの両方である、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載のブロワ。
