図2は、第2の実施形態に係る化学品の製造装置の模式図である。本実施形態では、気液分離部17にガス分離部18が接続されている。ガス分離部18には、気液分離部17で分離された気体成分が供給される。ガス分離部18は、気体成分を、炭化水素と、それ以外の成分とに分離する。ガス分離部18は、炭化水素を、改質部12に供給する。ガス分離部18は、未反応の一酸化炭素及び水素を含むそれ以外の成分を、合成部16に供給する。このように本実施形態では、気液分離部17により分離された気体成分のうち、炭化水素のみを改質部12に供給することができる。よって、炭化水素の改質をより効率的に行うことができる。

Claims (6)
- 炭素源を部分酸化して合成ガスを生成させる合成ガス化部と、
前記合成ガスを触媒反応させることにより化学品を合成する合成部と、
前記合成ガス化部及び前記合成部の少なくとも一方において生成した炭化水素を一酸化炭素と水素とに改質し、前記合成部に供給する改質部と、
前記改質部から抜き出したガスを前記合成部に供給する前に、前記ガス中の不純物を除去する除去部と、
前記除去部から抜き出したガスを前記合成部に供給する前に、前記ガス中の硫黄分を分離除去する脱硫部と
を備え、
前記改質部は、前記合成ガス化部からの排熱を利用して前記炭化水素の改質を行う、化学品製造装置。 - 前記改質部は、前記合成ガス化部及び前記合成部の両方から排出された炭化水素を改質する、請求項1に記載の化学品製造装置。
- 前記改質部は、炭素数が1〜6の炭化水素を改質する、請求項1又は2に記載の化学品製造装置。
- 前記改質部は、メタンを改質する、請求項3に記載の化学品製造装置。
- 前記炭素源は、有機性廃棄物である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の化学品製造装置。
- 炭素源を部分酸化して合成ガスを生成させる工程と、
合成部において、前記合成ガスを触媒反応させることにより化学品を合成する工程と、
前記炭素源の部分酸化工程及び前記化学品の合成工程において生成した炭化水素を一酸化炭素と水素とに改質し、前記合成部に供給する工程と、
前記改質工程を経たガスを前記合成部に供給する前に、除去部において前記ガス中の不純物を除去する除去工程と、
前記除去部から抜き出したガスを前記合成部に供給する前に、前記ガス中の硫黄分を分離除去する脱硫工程と
を備え、
前記炭化水素の改質を、前記炭素源の部分酸化時の排熱を利用して行う、化学品の製造方法。
