Description
以下、本発明の超音波探触子の実施例1を添付した図面に基づいて説明する。
本発明の超音波探触子の実施例2では、図7に示すように、小かさ歯車8を回転駆動する駆動軸7の上端部の上方に、例えば円筒状の、保持枠101をベース50に架設し、保持枠101に形成した断面円形状の孔部101a内に圧縮バネ102を保持し、コマ103を孔部101a内に軸方向に移動自在に保持する。

Claims (4)
- ハウジングの内部に超音波送受信部を設けるとともに音響伝播媒体を封入し、かつ、前記超音波送受信部を搖動させる駆動装置を設けた超音波探触子において、前記駆動装置が、駆動モータの回転を前記超音波送受信部の搖動に変換する駆動伝達機構であって、前記駆動伝達機構の一部または全部が歯車機構からなり、前記歯車機構の内の少なくとも一対の歯車の噛み合わせ部において、一方の前記一対の歯車を弾性的に他方の前記一対の歯車に付勢して、押圧し、前記一対の歯車が、互いに噛合う、かさ歯車であり、かつ、前記一方の前記一対のかさ歯車が、これと一体に回転する他の部材とともに、その回転軸方向に前記他方の前記一対のかさ歯車に向けて弾性的に付勢され、押圧されることを特徴とする超音波探触子。
- 前記一方の前記一対のかさ歯車と一体に回転する他の部材が、前記一方の前記一対のかさ歯車に回転力を伝達する駆動軸であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の超音波探触子。
- 前記超音波送受信部が、回転軸により搖動自在に軸支され、前記一方の一対のかさ歯車と一体に回転する他の部材が、前記回転軸であることを特徴とする、請求項1及び2のいずれか1項に記載の超音波探触子。
- 前記一方の一対のかさ歯車を弾性的に他方の前記一対のかさ歯車に向けて付勢して、押圧する部材が、前記一方の一対のかさ歯車と一体に回転する他の部材に周設された圧縮バネであることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の超音波探触子。
