Claims (9)
- 照明システムであって、
LED光源と、
凸レンズと、
前記LED光源と前記凸レンズの間に配設された光導波路ポストであって、
前記凸レンズと対向する光導波路ポスト光放出表面を有する光放出部分と、
前記光放出部分に接続された光集光部分と
を備える光導波路ポストと
を備え、
前記光集光部分が内部反射表面を有し、前記内部反射表面が、第1の焦点および第2の焦点を有する少なくとも1つの楕円表面を備え、前記第2の焦点が前記第1の焦点と前記凸レンズの間に位置付けられ、前記第2の焦点が前記光導波路ポストの内側に位置付けられ、
照明システムは光軸を有し、前記光放出部分が前記光軸に対して直角の方向に沿って第1の最大断面幅を有し、前記光集光部分が前記光軸に対して直角の方向に沿って第2の最大断面幅を有し、前記第1の最大断面幅が前記第2の最大断面幅より広く、
前記第1の最大断面幅が前記第2の最大断面幅の3倍未満であり、
前記光導波路ポスト光放出表面が、前記凸レンズに向かって湾曲した凸表面であり、前記第1の最大断面幅は、前記光放出部分及び前記光集光部分において最大の断面幅であり、前記第1の最大断面幅は、湾曲した前記凸表面と前記第2の最大断面幅との間に配置される、照明システム。 - 前記照明システムが光軸を有し、前記光放出部分が前記光軸の方向に沿って第1の長さを有し、前記光集光部分が前記光軸の前記方向に沿って第2の長さを有し、前記第1の長さが前記第2の長さより短い、請求項1に記載の照明システム。
- 前記光放出部分が前記光軸に対して直角の別の方向に沿って光放出部分断面幅をさらに有し、前記光放出部分断面幅の延在方向が前記第1の最大断面幅の延在方向とは異なり、前記光放出部分断面幅が前記第1の最大断面幅より狭い、請求項1に記載の照明システム。
- 前記光集光部分が前記光軸に対して直角の別の方向に沿って光集光部分断面幅をさらに有し、前記光集光部分断面幅の延在方向が前記第2の最大断面幅の延在方向とは異なり、前記光集光部分断面幅が前記第2の最大断面幅より狭い、請求項1に記載の照明システム。
- 前記LED光源が前記第1の焦点に位置付けられる、請求項1に記載の照明システム。
- 前記光集光部分が前記LED光源と対向する光導波路ポスト光入力表面をさらに有し、前記光導波路ポスト光入力表面が前記光集光部分の内側に向かって湾曲した凹表面である、請求項1に記載の照明システム。
- 前記光導波路ポスト光入力表面が前記光集光部分の内側に向かう球面凹表面である、請求項6に記載の照明システム。
- 前記光集光部分の前記内部反射表面が追加楕円表面、湾曲表面、放物線表面、双曲線表面またはそれらの任意の組合せをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の照明システム。
- 前記凸レンズが平面−凸レンズまたは両凸レンズであり、また、前記凸レンズが球面レンズまたは非球面レンズである、請求項1に記載の照明システム。
