Claims (13)
- 容積式無針アクセスコネクタであって、
第1のルアー継手を備えた近位端を有する筐体と、
近位端、遠位端および隔壁を有する弁要素と、
第2のルアー継手を備えた遠位端、前記弁要素の遠位端に継合する近位端、通気孔および流動チャネルを有する基部とを有し、
前記基部は前記弁要素と前記筐体と継合されたときに、(i)空気路は、前記隔壁、前記通気孔および大気との間に画定され、流路は、前記第1のルアー継手、前記流動チャネルおよび前記第2のルアー継手の間に画定され、(ii)V字型の嵌合表面は、前記流路を前記第1のルアー継手から前記流動チャネルに導くように、前記基部および前記筐体は、対応するV字型の嵌合表面を有する、コネクタ。 - 前記通気孔は、前記V字型の嵌合表面により前記流動チャネルから流体的に隔離されている、請求項1に記載の容積式無針アクセスコネクタ。
- 前記弁要素の近位端は、前記第1のルアー継手で密閉を形成する、請求項1に記載の容積式無針アクセスコネクタ。
- 前記弁要素の外表面は、前記基部の外表面と同一面である、請求項1に記載の容積式無針アクセスコネクタ。
- 前記基部の近位端は、連動スナップ継手を使用して前記弁要素の遠位端に継合する、請求項1に記載の容積式無針アクセスコネクタ。
- 前記空気路は、軸線方向に前記連動スナップ継手の一部を形成する、前記基部の一部内に配置される、単一経路を含む、請求項5に記載の容積式無針アクセスコネクタ。
- 前記空気路は、前記単一経路から大気への分岐を含む、請求項6に記載の容積式無針アクセスコネクタ。
- 前記基部と前記弁要素の最大外径は、前記筐体の内径よりも小さい、請求項1に記載の容積式無針アクセスコネクタ。
- 容積式無針アクセスコネクタの製造方法であって、
第1のルアー継手を備えた近位端を有する筐体、第2のルアー継手を備えた通気孔、流動チャネル、および遠位端を有する基部、および遠位端、近位端、および隔壁を有する弁要素を提供する第1ステップであって、前記筐体と前記基部は、対応するV字型の嵌合表面を含むものである第1ステップと、
空気路が、前記第1ステップで提供された前記隔壁と前記通気孔との間に画定されるように、前記基部の近位端に前記弁要素の遠位端を継合する第2ステップと、
(i)前記弁要素の近位端は、第1のルアー継手で密閉を形成し、(ii)流路は、前記第1のルアー継手、前記流動チャネル、および前記第2のルアー継手との間に画定され、前記V字型の嵌合表面は、流路を第1のルアー継手から流動チャネルに導き、前記流動チャネルから前記通気孔を流体的に分離するように、前記筐体内に前記第2ステップで継合された前記弁要素と前記基部を連結する第3ステップを有する、方法。 - 前記弁要素の遠位端を前記基部の近位端に継合するステップは、連動スナップ継手をともに継合するステップを備える、請求項9に記載の方法。
