Claims (8)
- 積層円筒体であって、
異なる形状及びランダムな分布を有する複数の凹部(K、Z)が構成された表面構造(S)を備え、
前記凹部(K、Z)の幾つかは、互いに対して部分的に重ね合わされ、
前記複数の凹部(K、Z)は、円形の形態を有する凹部(K)と、楕円形の形態を有する凹部(Z)とを備える、ことを特徴とする積層円筒体。 - 前記円形の形態を有する凹部(K)は、前記楕円形の形態を有する凹部(Z)に対して部分的に重ね合わされている、請求項1に記載の円筒体。
- 前記楕円形の形態を有する凹部(Z)は、互いに対して部分的に重ね合わされている、請求項1に記載の円筒体。
- 前記楕円形の形態を有する凹部に対して部分的に重ね合わされた前記円形の形態を有する凹部と、互いに対して部分的に重ね合わされた前記楕円形の形態を有する凹部とは、所定の粗さを構成するために部分的に重ね合わされている、請求項2又は3に記載の円筒体。
- 異なる寸法及び深さを有する凹部を得るために、パルスレーザービームを利用して、或る期間において前記レーザービームの継続時間を変化させることにより、一定パワーモードでのレーザーを用いて、前記凹部が得られる、請求項1に記載の円筒体。
- ランダム信号が付加された一定信号により、前記パルスレーザーの放射パワーも調節することによって前記凹部を得て、それにより、前記凹部の寸法及び深さを前記パルスの同じ継続時間によって変化させる、請求項5に記載の円筒体。
- 所望により決定可能である、前記凹部が作り出される表面と未処理の表面との割合によって特徴付けられる、請求項1乃至6の何れか1項に記載の円筒体。
- 積層設備での前記円筒体自体の寿命を増加させるために、硬度の増加を目的とした表面熱処理によって特徴付けられる、請求項1乃至7の何れか1項に記載の円筒体。
