Description
前記シリンダーは、幅側壁部と厚さ側壁部とを備え前記ピストンの移動方向に直交する向きの断面形状を扁平とする薄型で、かつ、その開放側において前記幅側壁部間に亘って一対の幅側壁部間の距離を一定に維持する連結部を有してなるものとした。

Claims (5)
- ロッドを備えたピストンと、このピストンを納めるシリンダーとからなり、前記ピストンの移動又は相対的な移動により制動力を生じさせる薄型ダンパーであって、
前記シリンダーは、幅側壁部と厚さ側壁部とを備え前記ピストンの移動方向に直交する向きの断面形状を扁平とする薄型で、かつ、その開放側において前記幅側壁部間に亘って一対の幅側壁部間の距離を一定に維持する連結部を有しており、
前記ロッドは、前記連結部を通過させる前記移動方向に沿った長穴を備えると共に、
前記長穴の一端を、前記ピストンによって構成させてなる、ダンパー。 - 前記連結部は、前記幅側壁部の一方の幅方向中程の位置と前記幅側壁部の他方の幅方向中程の位置とを連結させてなる、請求項1に記載のダンパー。
- 前記連結部を、前記幅側壁部に設けた貫通穴に通されて端部にカシメ部を形成されたピン体によって構成させてなる、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のダンパー。
- 前記連結部を、前記幅側壁部の一方に設けた割り溝によって区分されたこの幅側壁部の一部よりなると共に、屈曲可能な薄肉基部と、前記幅側壁部の他方に形成させた被係合部に係合可能な自由端とを備えた可動片によって構成させてなる、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のダンパー。
- 前記シリンダーは、前記幅側壁部の一方を含む第一部分と前記幅側壁部の他方を含む第二部分とを組み合わせて構成されるようになっていると共に、
前記第一部分と前記第二部分とにそれぞれ、前記組み合わせにより突き合わされて前記連結部となる突出部を形成させてなる、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のダンパー。
