Description
図1は、第1実施形態に係る船舶用エンジンシステム1(以下、単にエンジンシステム1と称する。)の概略構成図である。エンジンシステム1は、エンジン2、EGR装置3、過給器4、供給ガス流路R1、排気ガス流路R2、及びEGRガス流路R3を備える。
図5は、第2実施形態に係るEGR装置103の構成図である。EGR装置103は、ポンプ21と流体流路R7,R8とを備える。流体流路R7の一端は、貯留槽17に接続され、流体流路R7の他端は、ポンプ21に接続されている。流体流路R8の一端はポンプ21に接続され、流体流路R8の他端は、流体分岐路R5,R6に接続されている。

Claims (8)
- エンジンから排出された排気ガスの一部であるEGRガスを洗浄するスクラバと、
間隙をおいて配置された複数のフィンを有し、前記間隙に、前記スクラバを通過した前記EGRガスを流通させ、前記複数のフィンを介して前記EGRガスを冷却媒体と熱交換させて前記EGRガスを冷却するガスクーラと、
前記エンジンの運転中において、前記複数のフィンに流体を供給することにより、前記複数のフィンに付着した前記EGRガスに含まれる微粒子を前記流体により除去する除去装置と、
前記スクラバと前記ガスクーラとの下方にわたって配置されて前記複数のフィンから落下した前記流体を貯留する貯留槽と、
前記ガスクーラを通過した前記EGRガスに含まれる水滴を除去するウォータミストキャッチャと、を備え、
前記微粒子が前記流体と落下して前記貯留槽に貯留されると共に、前記ガスクーラを通過して前記微粒子を除去された前記EGRガスが、側方から排出され、
前記ウォーターミストキャッチャが、前記スクラバ及び前記ガスクーラの各々と水平方向に離隔した位置に配置されている、船舶用EGR装置。 - 前記除去装置は、前記複数のフィンのうち、少なくとも1つのフィンに向けて前記流体を噴射する少なくとも1つの噴射ノズルを有する、請求項1に記載の船舶用EGR装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの噴射ノズルは、複数の噴射ノズルを含み、
前記複数の噴射ノズルにより、前記少なくとも1つのフィンにおける異なる領域に向けて前記流体が噴射される、請求項2に記載の船舶用EGR装置。 - 前記流体は液体である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の船舶用EGR装置。
- 前記貯留槽から循環された前記流体が、前記除去装置により前記複数のフィンに供給される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の船舶用EGR装置。
- 前記EGRガスの導入口と、前記導入口の下方に配置されて前記EGRガスを排出する排出口とを有する筐体を更に備え、
前記筐体内において、前記EGRガスが、前記導入口から導入されて前記スクラバを通過し且つ前記排出口の上端よりも下方に位置する領域を流通した後、前記排出口の上端よりも上方に位置する領域から前記ガスクーラを下方に向けて通過し且つ前記排出口から排出される、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の船舶用EGR装置。 - 前記除去装置を制御する制御装置を更に備える、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の船舶用EGR装置。
- 前記制御装置は、予め定められた時間間隔毎、若しくは圧力損失が予め定められた値に達したときに、前記複数のフィンに前記流体を一定時間供給するように前記除去装置を制御する、請求項7に記載の船舶用EGR装置。
