Description
後側に遮断弁13,14を備えた圧力解放安全弁12,15を有している。後側の圧力解放安全弁12,15の後に位置する遮断弁13,14の後で、安全弁ブランチは換気マストへの換気のために共通出口管路22に接続される。圧力解放安全弁12,15は、LNGタンクの圧力が設定された安全限界を超えると安全のために開く。この従来技術のシステムでは、遮断弁7,9; 13,14はグローブバルブであり、フリーキーFA、FB、FD及びトラップキーTB、TC、TD、TEを有するキーおよびロックシステムと連動している。キーはメカニカルロック用のメカニカルキーである。安全弁ブランチ23内の圧力解放安全弁12を遮断するために、第1フリーキーFAを使用して閉鎖された遮断弁7を解放し、閉鎖されている遮断弁13を解放するため及びトラップキーTCを解放するために使用されるトラップキーTBを解放し、これらのキーは他の安全弁ブランチ24には使用できない。フリーキーFAが使用されているので、他の安全弁ブランチを閉じることはできない。圧力解放安全弁12が再び使用できる状態になると、安全弁ブランチ23は、キーを逆順に使用して再び開く。この後、フリーキーFAが解放され、例えば、対応する他の安全弁ブランチ24を閉じるための使用準備が整う。容易に理解できるように、このキー連動システムは非常に複雑である。
各ブランチは、それぞれの圧力解放安全弁12,15の前に遮断弁7,9を備え、それぞれの圧力解放安全弁12,15の後に遮断弁13,14を備えている。

Claims (6)
- LNG燃料タンク(10)の弁システムであって、前記弁システムは、2つの圧力開放安全弁(12,15)を有し、前記LNGタンク(10)からの出口ライン(21)が、それぞれが1つの圧力解放安全弁(12,15)を有する2つの安全弁ブランチ(23,24)に分岐し、
前記弁システムは、前記安全弁ブランチ(23,24)の一つを一時的に遮断するために連結された遮断弁(11,16)を更に有し、
前記圧力解放安全弁(12,15)の少なくとも1つが常に作動状態であり、前記安全弁ブランチ(23,24)は共通の出口ライン(22)に接続し、前記遮断弁(11,16)の1つは前記LNG燃料タンク(10)の前記出口ライン(21)の分岐点に位置し、前記遮断弁(11,16)の1つは共通の前記出口ライン(22)の接続点に位置し、
前記遮断弁(11.16)はT−穴を有するダイバータ弁であることを特徴とする、弁システム。 - 前記遮断弁(11,16)は、機械的連結具(18)により連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の弁システム。
- 連結された前記遮断弁(11,16)は、機械的キー及びフリーキーとトラップキーを備えるロックシステムに連動していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の弁システム。
- 前記圧力解放安全弁(12,15)のための前記LNG燃料タンク(10)の前記遮断弁(11,16)はT−穴を有するダイバータ弁であり、前記遮断弁は、一つの遮断弁(11)が、例えば一つの安全弁ブランチを閉じ、他の安全弁ブランチを開とする位置に回されるとき、他の遮断弁(16)は、同時に対応する位置、即ち、同じ安全弁ブランチ(23)を閉じ、他の安全弁ブランチ(24)を開にするように、機械的に連動していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の弁システム。
- 前記弁システムは、海洋船舶のタンク連結スペース内に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の弁システム。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の弁システムを備える海洋船舶。
