Claims (4)
- 片持ち支持した棒体の先端に与えた撮像部を被測定物の円管孔の一端から挿入し他端へ向けて相対移動させ該円管孔の内表面に向けた撮像方向に該内表面を撮像し傷検査を行う蛍光磁粉探傷装置であって、
ステージ上で前記円管孔の中心軸を水平に維持したまま前記中心軸の周りに前記被測定物を回転させ且つ前記中心軸に沿って前記被測定物を並進させる駆動機構と、
前記駆動機構による前記被測定物の回転運動及び並進運動を独立して制御し、前記ステージに対して固定された前記撮像部を前記円管孔の前記一端の近傍に位置決めした後に、前記撮像部を前記他端の近傍まで連続して相対移動させる駆動制御部と、
前記撮像部で得られる一連の画像を前記円管孔の位置に対応させて処理する撮像処理部と、を含み、更に、
前記撮像部を前記中心軸上の位置と前記撮像方向に沿ってオフセットさせた位置とで移動させる調整機構を含み、前記撮像部を前記中心軸から前記撮像方向と反対側にオフセット位置で撮像できるようになっていることを特徴とする蛍光磁粉探傷装置。 - 前記駆動制御部は前記回転運動及び前記並進運動を同期させて制御することを特徴とする請求項1記載の蛍光磁粉探傷装置。
- 前記回転運動及び前記並進運動による回転角度及び並進距離をそれぞれ測定するエンコーダ及び距離計を含み、前記円管孔の前記他端を閉塞し且つ前記円管孔を延長した凹部を有する蓋部を与えて前記蓋部に前記エンコーダを取り付けることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の蛍光磁粉探傷装置。
- 前記撮像部は、前記棒体の伸びる方向を撮影方向とするカメラと、前記撮影方向の前方にあって前記内表面の撮像を与えるように配置された反射鏡と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のうちの1つに記載の蛍光磁粉探傷装置。
