上記実施形態を例えば次のように変更してもよい。
Claims (6)
- 車両に搭載された回転機(11,12)に電気的に接続され、要求指令トルクに基づいて前記回転機の出力トルクを制御する電力変換回路(30,40)に適用され、スイッチング素子(Q11〜Q16)をオンオフさせて前記回転機に流れる電流を調整するスイッチング素子の駆動装置(50,60)であって、
前記出力トルクに相関し、かつ値を管理可能なパラメータに基づいて、前記スイッチング素子のターンオン速度及びターンオフ速度の少なくとも一方を、離散的に定めた複数の切替速度のいずれかに設定する速度設定手段と、
前記速度設定手段により設定される前記切替速度で前記スイッチング素子をオン動作又はオフ動作させる駆動手段と、
を備え、
前記複数の切替速度は、前記パラメータの大きさに対して不均等の間隔で割り付けられ、かつ前記パラメータについて出現頻度の高い範囲では出現頻度の低い範囲よりも分割数が多くなるようにして定められていることを特徴とするスイッチング素子の駆動装置。 - 電源電圧を可変とする電源回路(10,20)に接続される前記電力変換回路に適用され、
前記速度設定手段は、前記電源電圧を前記パラメータとし、その電源電圧に基づいて前記複数の切替速度の設定を実施し、
前記複数の切替速度は、前記電源電圧の下限値から上限値までの範囲内において不均等の間隔で割り付けられている請求項1に記載のスイッチング素子の駆動装置。 - 前記複数の切替速度は、前記電源電圧の下限値を含む下限範囲と上限値を含む上限範囲との少なくとも一方で、それら以外の中間範囲に比べて前記分割数が多くなるようにして定められている請求項2に記載のスイッチング素子の駆動装置。
- 前記速度設定手段は、前記回転機に流れる電流を前記パラメータとし、その電流に基づいて前記複数の切替速度の設定を実施し、
前記複数の切替速度は、前記電流の下限値から上限値までの全電流範囲内において不均等の間隔で割り付けられており、かつ前記全電流範囲において中央値よりも低電流側1/2の範囲内に、前記複数の切替速度の総数の1/2よりも多い数の前記切替速度が割り付けられている請求項1に記載のスイッチング素子の駆動装置。 - 発電機能としての動作頻度が多い第1回転機(11)に電気的に接続される第1電力変換回路(30)と、走行機能としての動作頻度が多い第2回転機(12)に電気的に接続される第2電力変換回路(40)とを備える電力変換システムに適用され、前記第1電力変換回路及び前記第2電力変換回路における前記スイッチング素子をオンオフさせるスイッチング素子の駆動装置であって、
前記速度設定手段は、
前記第1回転機に対する出力トルクに相関し、かつ値を管理可能なパラメータに基づいて、前記第1電力変換回路の前記スイッチング素子のターンオン速度及びターンオフ速度の少なくとも一方を、前記複数の切替速度としての複数の第1切替速度のいずれかに設定する第1設定手段と、
前記第2回転機に対する出力トルクに相関し、かつ値を管理可能なパラメータに基づいて、前記第2電力変換回路の前記スイッチング素子のターンオン速度及びターンオフ速度の少なくとも一方を、前記複数の切替速度としての複数の第2切替速度のいずれかに設定する第2設定手段と、
を有し、
前記パラメータの大きさに対する前記複数の第1切替速度の割り付けと、前記パラメータの大きさに対する前記複数の第2切替速度の割り付けとが各々異なるものとなっている請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のスイッチング素子の駆動装置。 - 前記第1設定手段は、前記第1回転機に流れる電流を前記パラメータとし、その電流に基づいて前記複数の第1切替速度の設定を実施し、
前記第2設定手段は、前記第2回転機に流れる電流を前記パラメータとし、その電流に基づいて前記複数の第2切替速度の設定を実施し、
前記複数の第1切替速度について電流下限値からの分割番号が全分割数の中央値となる切替速度に相当する電流値が、前記複数の第2切替速度について電流下限値からの分割番号が全分割数の中央値となる切替速度に相当する電流値よりも小さいものとなっている請求項5に記載のスイッチング素子の駆動装置。
