Description
Claims (15)
- 粉末粒子を含有するセラミック粉末であって、複数の粉末粒子の各々が第1の材料から形成された内部コア及び内部コアの表面上の第2の材料から形成された外側領域を含んでおり、内部コアの第1の材料が外側領域の第2の材料よりも低い熱伝導率を有し、外側領域の第2の材料が内部コアの第1の材料よりも耐エロージョン性が高く、内部コアの第1の材料がYb−La−Zr系酸化物組成物、Yb−Sm−Zr系酸化物組成物及びYb−Zr系酸化物組成物からなる群から選択される組成物を含み、外側領域の第2の材料がYb−Zr系酸化物組成物、La−Zr系酸化物組成物、Yb−La−Zr系酸化物組成物、Yb−Sm−Zr系酸化物組成物、Yb−ミッシュメタル−Zr系酸化物組成物及びミッシュメタル−Zr系酸化物組成物からなる群から選択される組成物を含む、セラミック粉末。
- 内部コアの第1の材料が0.5〜1.0Wm-1k-1の熱伝導率を有する、請求項1記載のセラミック粉末。
- 内部コアの第1の材料が30〜40重量%のイッテルビア、10〜25重量%のランタナ及び/又はサマリア、残部のジルコニア及び付随する不純物、又は30.5重量%のイッテルビア、24.8重量%のランタナ及び/又はサマリア、1.4重量%のハフニア、1.5重量%のタンタラ、残部のジルコニア及び付随する不純物からなり、外側領域の第2の材料が8〜18重量%のイッテルビア、並びに残部のジルコニア及び付随する不純物、又は25〜75重量%のミッシュメタル、並びに残部のジルコニア及び付随する不純物からなる、請求項1又は請求項2記載のセラミック粉末。
- 内部コアの第1の材料が40〜70重量%のイッテルビア、残部のジルコニア及び付随する不純物からなり、外側領域の第2の材料が1〜5重量%のイッテルビア、2〜8重量%のランタナ、残部のジルコニア及び付随する不純物、又は8〜18重量%のイッテルビア、残部のジルコニア及び付随する不純物からなる、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のセラミック粉末。
- 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載のセラミック粉末から形成され、構成部品の表面領域上に配置される皮膜系。
- 請求項5記載の皮膜系を有する構成部品。
- 構成部品がガスタービンエンジン内に設置される、請求項6記載の構成部品。
- 粉末粒子を含有するセラミック粉末を形成する方法であって、当該方法が、
第1の材料から粉末粒子のコアを形成する形成工程と、次いで、
コアの表面を被覆して粉末粒子の外側領域を形成する表面被覆工程と
を含み、各外側領域は第2の材料から形成され、第1の材料は第2の材料よりも低い熱伝導率を有し、第2の材料は第1の材料よりも耐エロージョン性が高く、コアの第1の材料がYb−La−Zr系酸化物組成物、Yb−Sm−Zr系酸化物組成物及びYb−Zr系酸化物組成物からなる群から選択される組成物を含み、外側領域の第2の材料がYb−Zr系酸化物組成物、La−Zr系酸化物組成物、Yb−La−Zr系酸化物組成物、Yb−Sm−Zr系酸化物組成物、Yb−ミッシュメタル−Zr系酸化物組成物及びミッシュメタル−Zr系酸化物組成物からなる群から選択される組成物を含む、方法。 - 形成工程が、逆共沈により沈殿を形成し、その後沈殿を処理してコアを形成する処理工程を含む、請求項8記載の方法。
- さらに、処理工程後表面被覆工程の前に、コアを有機バインダーとブレンドし、コアを噴霧乾燥することを含む、請求項9記載の方法。
- 表面被覆工程が化学蒸着プロセスにより行われる、請求項8乃至請求項10のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 1〜90μmの平均粒径を有するようにコアの表面を被覆する、請求項8乃至請求項11のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- コア全体が第1の材料からなる、請求項8乃至請求項12のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 外側領域全体が第2の材料からなる、請求項8乃至請求項12のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 第1の材料が0.5〜1.0Wm-1k-1の熱伝導率を有する、請求項8乃至請求項14のいずれか1項記載の方法。
