Claims (2)
- 被処理物を搬送トレイに収容させた状態で熱処理部に順々に搬送させて、搬送トレイに収容された被処理物を連続して熱処理させる連続熱処理設備において、被処理物が収容された搬送トレイを複数段積層させた状態で、各搬送トレイに収容された被処理物を減圧処理する減圧処理部と、前記の減圧処理部から搬入された複数段積層させた状態にある搬送トレイから、一部の搬送トレイを分離させて順々に前記の熱処理部に搬送させる搬送トレイ分離部とを設け、前記の搬送トレイ分離部に、複数段積層させた状態にある搬送トレイから一部の搬送トレイを分離させる分離手段を設けたことを特徴とする連続熱処理設備。
- 請求項1に記載の連続熱処理設備において、前記の被処理物に粉粒体を用い、減圧処理部内を減圧させた後、この減圧処理部内に不活性ガスを導入させて、複数段積層された各搬送トレイに収容されている被処理物を減圧処理させることを特徴とする連続熱処理設備。
