図1は、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る運動案内装置の斜視図であり、図2は、図1におけるA−A断面図であり、図3は、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る中空の軌道台の縦断面図であり、図4は、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る運動案内装置のラジアル荷重を負荷した場合の応力分布を示す縦断面図であり、図5は、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る運動案内装置の水平荷重を負荷した場合の応力分布を示す縦断面図である。
図6は、本発明の第2の実施形態に係る運動案内装置の断面図であり、図7は、本発明の第2の実施形態に係る中空の軌道台の縦断面図である。
Claims (3)
- 長手方向に沿って転動体転走面が形成されると共に長手方向に沿って断面略矩形状に形成された中空部を有する軌道台と、
前記転動体転走面と対向する位置に負荷転動体転走面が形成された移動部材と、
前記転動体転走面と前記負荷転動体転走面との間に複数の転動体を介して前記移動部材が前記軌道台の長手方向に移動可能に組み付けられる運動案内装置において、
前記軌道台は、前記長手方向に対して直交する断面において、前記転動体転走面を含む領域に熱処理を施した熱処理領域と熱処理が施されない非熱処理領域が形成され、
前記熱処理領域は、前記中空部の少なくとも一部の角部に重畳しないように形成され、
前記熱処理領域と前記非熱処理領域の境界線は、前記転動体転走面の転がり寿命を確保しうる焼入れ範囲且つ前記角部に重畳しないようにラジアル方向に沿って連続して延設されることを特徴とする運動案内装置。 - 請求項1に記載の運動案内装置において、
前記長手方向に対して直交する断面において、前記中空部は、全周にわたって前記非熱処理領域が形成されることを特徴とする運動案内装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の運動案内装置において、
前記中空部は、前記角部が円弧状に形成されたことを特徴とする運動案内装置。
