Claims (3)
- 加飾層が形成された加飾フィルムの表面に紫外線硬化樹脂を塗布する工程と、
前記加飾フィルムの周辺領域における前記紫外線硬化樹脂を、紫外線を照射することにより硬化させて、周辺硬化領域を形成する第1の紫外線照射工程と、
前記周辺硬化領域の上にフレキシブル基板を載置する載置工程と、
前記載置工程の後、前記紫外線硬化樹脂の上にタッチパネル本体部を載置し、紫外線を照射することにより前記周辺硬化領域の内側の前記紫外線硬化樹脂を硬化させて、内部硬化領域を形成する第2の紫外線照射工程と、
を有し、
前記周辺硬化領域と前記内部硬化領域との境界は、前記加飾層が形成されている領域に位置するものであり、
第2の紫外線照射工程において形成される前記紫外線硬化樹脂の内部硬化領域において、前記加飾フィルムと前記タッチパネル本体部とを貼り付けることを特徴とするタッチパネルの製造方法。 - 前記紫外線硬化樹脂は、湿気によっても硬化するものであって、
第2の紫外線照射工程に代えて、前記加飾フィルムと前記タッチパネル本体部との間における硬化していない紫外線硬化樹脂に湿気を供給する工程を行なうことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチパネルの製造方法。 - 前記第1の紫外線照射工程は、前記周辺硬化領域に対応する部分において紫外線を透過する開口部を有するマスクを介して、紫外線を照射するものであって、
前記マスクは、透明基板に遮光部が形成されており、
前記遮光部は、前記開口部を除く領域に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のタッチパネルの製造方法。
