Description
前記実施形態では、6台の工作機械10によって構成された加工機械ライン1を示したが、工作機械10の数は限定されず、代替可能な工作機械が存在していればよい。
また、加工機械ラインは、前述した工作機械10に限定されるものではなく、異なる機種の工作機械によって構成されるものであってもよい。
Claims (4)
- ワークに対して複数工程の加工を行う複数の工作機械と、前記複数の工作機械との間で加工工程に従って順番にワークの受渡しを行うワーク自動搬送機とを有する加工機械ラインであり、
前記複数の工作機械のうち一の工作機械に故障が生じた場合に、当該故障機が担当する工程の加工を実行可能な他の工作機械を代替機として選択し、当該代替機に対して、ワークに対する一連の加工のうち同機自身が担当する工程の自機加工に加えて、前記故障機が担当する工程の他機加工を、ワークの受取り情報を基に実行させる制御部を有するものであることを特徴とする加工機械ライン。 - 前記制御部は、一の工作機械が故障時に前記代替機として機能する工作機械が複数ある場合は、各々の前記工作機械が行う前記自機加工の加工時間に基づいて前記代替機を選択するようにしたものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加工機械ライン。
- 前記制御部は、前記複数の工作機械の各々の制御装置および前記ワーク自動搬送機の制御装置が集線装置を介して互いに接続されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の加工機械ライン。
- 前記工作機械の制御装置は、前記自機加工を行うための自機加工制御部の他に、前記代替機として前記他機加工を行うための他機加工制御部が格納され、前記ワーク自動搬送機の制御装置は、通常時の搬送運転を行うための通常時搬送制御部の他に、一の工作機械が故障した時に前記代替機として機能する工作機械を選択してワークを搬送するための故障時搬送制御部が格納されたものであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の加工機械ライン。
