Description
Claims (18)
- スプレーヘッドベース本体(2)およびノズルプレート(3,3a)を備えるスプレーヘッドであって、前記スプレーヘッドベース本体(2)は、前記ノズルプレート(3,3a)に向かう液体流を提供するための少なくとも1つの液体チャネル(4)を備え、前記スプレーヘッドベース本体(2)と前記ノズルプレート(3,3a)との間に液垂れ止め要素(10)が配置されており、前記液垂れ止め要素(10)は、前記液垂れ止め要素(10)と前記ノズルプレート(3,3a)との間の空間(6)に流体流を提供するために前記液体チャネル(4)と流体的に接続されている少なくとも1つの開口部(11)を備え、前記液垂れ止め要素(10)の少なくとも頂部(12)は、ストローク運動を実行するためにスプレーヘッド室(5)内に移動可能に取り付けられており、前記頂部(12)は、前記頂部(12)が前記ノズルプレート(3,3a)にまたは中間部材(3b)に寄り掛かって休止するように、かつ、液体が前記液体チャネル(4)を通って前記頂部(12)と前記ノズルプレート(3,3a)との間かまたは中間部材(3b)との間の空間(6)に流入する場合には、前記頂部(12)が前記ノズルプレート(3,3a)または中間部材(3b)から離昇するように付勢されており、前記液垂れ止め要素(10)は、弾性材料からなる膜によって構成されており、前記液垂れ止め要素(10)の前記頂部(12)が前記ノズルプレート(3,3a)に向けて付勢されているスプレーヘッドにおいて、
前記液垂れ止め要素(10)は、可撓性でU字形またはジグザグ形状の材料部分によって構成される少なくとも1つの結合部(13)によって前記スプレーヘッドベース本体(2)に結合され、前記結合部(13)によって前記液垂れ止め要素(10)の前記頂部(12)の付勢が生成されることを特徴とするスプレーヘッド。 - 前記結合部(13)は転動形ダイヤフラムとして構成される、請求項1に記載のスプレーヘッド。
- 前記転動形ダイヤフラムは、曲げ部(13.2)を介して連結された2つの平行なまたは本質的に平行な脚部(13.1)を備えるとともにU字形の断面を有する、請求項2に記載のスプレーヘッド。
- 前記ノズルプレート(3,3a)に向かう前記液垂れ止め要素(10)の前記頂部(12)の付勢は前記結合部(13)の材料の弾性に基づく、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のスプレーヘッド。
- 前記ノズルプレート(3,3a)に向かう前記液垂れ止め要素(10)の前記頂部(12)の付勢は、主に、前記結合部(13)のショア硬度、前記結合部(13)の材料厚さ、およびU字形の前記結合部(13)の前記脚部(13.1)の長さに依存する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のスプレーヘッド。
- 前記液垂れ止め要素(10)と前記結合部(13)はワンピース要素によって形成されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のスプレーヘッド。
- 前記液垂れ止め要素(10)の前記頂部(12)は、前記ノズルプレート(3)に寄り掛かって休止する形状適合表面を有するように前記ノズルプレート(3)の輪郭に適合されている、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のスプレーヘッド。
- 前記液垂れ止め要素(10)は、前記スプレーヘッドベース本体(2)と前記ノズルプレート(3)との間をシールするシール部(14)を備える、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のスプレーヘッド。
- 前記シール部(14)は、前記スプレーヘッドベース本体(2)の対応する突出部(2.1)を受承するための凹部(14.1)を備える、請求項8に記載のスプレーヘッド。
- 前記シール部(14)は、鋭角エッジ(14.3)または傾斜シールリップを備える角形のシールリム(14.2)を備え、前記鋭角エッジ(14.3)または前記傾斜シールリップはシール効果を高めるために前記ノズルプレート(3)と相互作用する、請求項8または9に記載のスプレーヘッド。
- 前記液垂れ止め要素(10)は、スプレーノズル通路を提供すための少なくとも1つの孔(15)を備える、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のスプレーヘッド。
- 前記スプレーヘッドベース本体(2)は、少なくとも1つの通気口(2.2)を備える、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のスプレーヘッド。
- 前記液垂れ止め要素(10)の前記頂部(12)の動きを制限するために、
液体流通方向(FD)を基準にして前記液垂れ止め要素(10)の前に支持要素(7)が設けられている、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のスプレーヘッド。 - 前記支持要素(7)は、前記液垂れ止め要素(10)の復元特性をサポートするように適合される1つ以上の弾性リブ(7.1)を備える、請求項13に記載のスプレーヘッド。
- 前記支持要素(7)は、1つ以上の通気口(7.2)を備える、請求項13または14に記載のスプレーヘッド。
- 前記中間部材(3b)および前記液垂れ止め要素(10)が、ワンピース要素によって構成されている、請求項13〜15のいずれか一項に記載のスプレーヘッド。
- 前記スプレーヘッドベース本体(2)と前記ノズルプレート(3)とはねじ付きリング(3.1)によって取り付けられており、前記スプレーヘッドベース本体(2)は雄ねじを備え、前記ねじ付きリング(3.1)は、当該雄ねじに螺合されて前記スプレーヘッドベース本体(2)に前記ノズルプレート(3)を固定するように適合されている、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載のスプレーヘッド。
- 請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載のスプレーヘッド(1)を備えるスプレー装置。
