Description
a)一次産品を形成するために本発明により構成される鋼を鋳造する工程であって、一次産品をスラブ又は薄スラブにすることが可能である、工程と;
b)2〜5.5mmの厚さを有する熱間圧延帯を形成するために前記一次産品を熱間圧延する工程であって、初期熱間圧延温度が1000〜1300℃、特に1050〜1200℃であり、最終熱間圧延温度が840〜950℃、特に890〜950℃である、工程と;
c)480〜610℃の巻取温度で巻取体を形成するために前記熱間圧延帯を巻き取る工程と;
d)0.6〜2.4mmの厚さの冷間圧延平鋼材を形成するために前記熱間圧延帯を冷間圧延する工程であって、前記冷間圧延によって達成される冷間圧延率が40〜80%である、工程と;
e)前記冷間圧延平鋼材が連続的に通過する間に前記冷間圧延平鋼材を焼きなます工程であって、
e.1)最初に予熱段階で、最大870℃の予熱温度まで0.2〜45℃/秒の加熱速度で前記冷間圧延平鋼材を加熱し、
e.2)続いて保持段階で、8〜260秒の焼きなまし期間にわたって750〜870℃の焼きなまし温度で前記冷間圧延平鋼材を保持し、選択的に、保持段階中にそれぞれの焼きなまし温度まで前記予熱された平鋼材を仕上げ加熱し、
e.3)前記焼きなまし期間の終了後に、0.5〜110K/秒の冷却速度で前記冷間圧延平鋼材を冷却する、工程とを含む。
冷間圧延平鋼材(「冷間圧延帯」)は、660〜840℃の予熱温度まで10〜45K/秒の加熱速度で予熱炉で加熱される。
連続炉の入口加熱領域では、冷間圧延平鋼材を最大25K/秒の加熱速度で760〜860℃の目標温度までもっていく。
Rp0.2 少なくとも440MPa、特に最大550MPa、
Rm 少なくとも780MPa、特に最大900MPa、
A80 少なくとも14%、
n10−20/Ag 少なくとも0.10、
BH2、少なくとも25MPa、特に少なくとも30MPa。
−加熱速度RVで予熱温度TVまで加熱する工程と;
−焼きなまし期間tGにわたって最大焼きなまし温度TGで保持する工程であって、前記保持する工程は、予熱温度TVが焼きなまし温度TGより低い場合に(破線TV=TG;実線TV<TG)、焼きなまし温度TGまで仕上げ加熱する工程を含む、工程と;
−1つの段階(図1)又は下記のように2つの段階(図2)で冷却する工程と:
−温度TE(図1)又はTE’(図2)まで平鋼材を冷却する工程と、
−選択的に、それぞれの温度TEが溶融槽の温度TBの温度範囲に落ちる場合、特に温度TB(図1)に等しくなる場合に期間tEにわたって温度TEで保持する工程か、
又は、
−温度TE’が溶融槽の温度範囲の上限より高く、第2の冷却工程で到達した温度TE’’が溶融槽の温度TBの温度範囲に落ちる場合、特に温度TB(図2)に等しくなる場合に、温度TE’から始めて、温度TE’’まで、更に冷却する工程と;
−通過時間tB内で溶融槽の中に平鋼材を通過させる工程と;
−室温RTまで冷却する工程。
−加熱速度RVで予熱期間tV内で予熱温度TVまで予熱する工程と;
−焼きなまし期間tGにわたって最大焼きなまし温度TGで保持する工程であって、前記保持する工程は、予熱温度TVが焼きなまし温度TGより低い場合に(破線TV=TG;実線TV<TG)、焼きなまし温度TGまで仕上げ加熱する工程を含む、工程と;
−2つの段階で冷却する工程であって、第1の段階では中間温度TZ’までより早い冷却速度で冷却し、続いて中間温度TZ’’まで低減した冷却速度で冷却し、前記冷却する工程がtZの冷却期間全体に続く、工程と;
−過時効処理を行う工程であって、前記平鋼材を処理期間tUにわたって冷却速度RUで前記中間温度TZ’’から過時効温度TUまで冷却する、工程と;
−室温RTまで冷却する工程。
Claims (14)
- 冷間圧延平鋼材であって、
(重量%で)下記組成であって、
C:0.12−0.18%;
Si:0.05−0.2%;
Mn:1.9−2.2%;
Al:0.2−0.5%;
Cr:0.05−0.2%;
Nb:0.01−0.06%;
残部がFe及び製造関連の理由で不可避な不純物であり、前記不純物がリン、硫黄、窒素、モリブデン、ホウ素、チタン、ニッケル及び銅の成分を含み、前記成分に下記をそれぞれ適用する組成、及び、
P:≦0.02%
S:≦0.003%
N:≦0.008%
Mo:≦0.1%
B:≦0.0007%
Ti:≦0.01%
Ni:≦0.1%
Cu:≦0.1%
ベイナイトフェライトを含む50〜90体積%のフェライトと、5〜40体積%のマルテンサイトと、最大15体積%の残留オーステナイトと、製造関連の理由で不可避な最大10体積%の他の構造成分とからなる微細構造を有することを特徴とする平鋼材。 - 請求項1に記載の平鋼材において、前記Moの含有量が最大0.05重量%であることを特徴とする平鋼材。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の平鋼材において、C、Si、Mn、Al、Cr及びNbの含有量の合計が2.5〜3.5重量%であることを特徴とする平鋼材。
- 請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の平鋼材において、残留オーステナイトの含有量が6〜12体積%であることを特徴とする平鋼材。
- 請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の平鋼材において、降伏強度R p0.2 が少なくとも440MPaであり、引張強度R m が少なくとも780MPaであり、破断伸びA80が少なくとも14%であり、n 10−20/Ag が少なくとも0.1であり、BH2値が少なくとも25MPaであることを特徴とする平鋼材。
- 請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載するように構成された冷間圧延平鋼材の製造方法であって、
a)一次産品を形成するために請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載するように構成された平鋼材を鋳造する工程と;
b)2〜5.5mmの厚さを有する熱間圧延帯を形成するために前記一次産品を熱間圧延する工程であって、初期熱間圧延温度が1000〜1300℃であり、最終熱間圧延温度が840〜950℃である、工程と;
c)480〜610℃の巻取温度で巻取体を形成するために前記熱間圧延帯を巻き取る工程と;
d)0.6〜2.4mmの厚さの冷間圧延平鋼材を形成するために前記熱間圧延帯を冷間圧延する工程であって、前記冷間圧延によって達成される冷間圧延率が40〜80%である、工程と;
e)前記冷間圧延平鋼材を連続的に焼きなます工程であって、
e.1)最初に予熱段階で、最大870℃の予熱温度まで0.2〜45℃/秒の加熱速度で前記冷間圧延平鋼材を加熱し、
e.2)続いて保持段階で、8〜260秒の焼きなまし期間にわたって750〜870℃の焼きなまし温度で前記冷間圧延平鋼材を保持し、選択的に、前記保持段階中にそれぞれの焼きなまし温度まで前記予熱された平鋼材を仕上げ加熱し、
e.3)0.5〜110K/秒の冷却速度で焼きなまし期間の終了後に前記冷間圧延平鋼材を冷却する、工程とを含むことを特徴とする製造方法。 - 請求項6に記載の製造方法において、工程b)の前に、最大500分の加熱期間にわたってそれぞれの初期熱間圧延温度まで前記一次産品を加熱することを特徴とする製造方法。
- 請求項6に記載の製造方法において、工程a)の後に、それぞれの初期熱間圧延温度まで冷却し、その後前記熱間圧延に前記一次産品を直接送ることを特徴とする製造方法。
- 請求項6〜8の何れか1項に記載の製造方法において、前記冷間圧延平鋼材が溶融めっきを通過し、前記溶融めっきが連続フローで工程e.3)から続き、前記冷間圧延平鋼材が工程e.3)で冷却される温度が455〜550℃であることを特徴とする製造方法。
- 請求項6〜8の何れか1項に記載の製造方法において、前記冷間圧延平鋼材を工程e.3)で室温まで冷却することを特徴とする製造方法。
- 請求項10に記載の製造方法において、前記冷間圧延平鋼材を工程e.3)で少なくとも2つの冷却工程で冷却することを特徴とする製造方法。
- 請求項10又は11に記載の製造方法において、前記冷間圧延平鋼材を工程e.3)で250〜500℃まで冷却し、過時効処理(overaging treatment)を行うために、最大760秒間当該温度領域に保持し、続いて前記冷間圧延平鋼材を仕上げ冷却することを特徴とする製造方法。
- 請求項10〜12の何れか1項に記載の製造方法において、室温まで冷却した後、前記冷間圧延平鋼材を電解的に金属保護被膜で覆うことを特徴とする製造方法。
- 請求項6〜12の何れか1項に記載の製造方法において、最後に、前記冷間圧延平鋼材を0.1〜2.0%の調質率で調質圧延することを特徴とする製造方法。
