Description
実施の形態1に係るブレーキ倍力システム、およびそれに用いられる吸気装置は、一例として、エンジンと、エンジンとともに車両の推力を発生し、かつ制動時に回生電力を発生するモータージェネレーターと、モータージェネレーターと電気的に接続されるバッテリーとを備えるHEVに設けられる。吸気装置、およびそれを用いたブレーキ倍力システムは、モーター及びモーターで駆動されるエアーポンプを有し、モーター及びエアーポンプで、バッテリーの冷却用のエアーフローの形成と、ブレーキブースタへの負圧供給とを行う。
実施の形態2に係るブレーキ倍力システムは、実施の形態1に係るブレーキ倍力システム600に、モーター330の駆動及び停止の制御を追加して構成される。
実施の形態3に係るブレーキ倍力システムは、車両の推力を発生するとともに制動時に回生電力を発生するモータージェネレーターで駆動されるエアーポンプを有し、当該エアーポンプからブレーキブースタに負圧を供給する。つまり、モータージェネレーターが、車両の推力および回生電力の発生と、ブレーキブースタへの負圧供給とに兼用される。

実施の形態5に係るブレーキ倍力システムは、実施の形態3のブレーキ倍力システム602に、バッテリーの冷却のための構成を追加してなる。

Claims (5)
- エンジンのインテークマニホールドに生じる負圧を第1負圧供給路により供給することでブレーキ踏力を増加するブレーキブースタと、車両の推力を発生するとともに制動時に回生電力を発生するモータージェネレーターと、前記モータージェネレーターと電気的に接続されるバッテリーとを備えるハイブリッド電気自動車の、ブレーキ倍力システムであって、
前記負圧を生成するエアーポンプと、前記負圧を前記ブレーキブースタおよび前記バッテリーに供給する第2負圧供給路と、を備え、かつ前記エアーポンプは、前記モータージェネレーターにより駆動される吸気装置と、
前記ブレーキブースタと、
前記第1負圧供給路と、を備える
ブレーキ倍力システム。 - 前記バッテリーは、
バッテリーセルと、
外面に放熱フィンを有し、前記バッテリーセルを気密に格納する内筐体と、
前記内筐体の周囲に設けられ、前記内筐体との間に空間を形成する外筐体と、を有し、
前記空間は前記第2負圧供給路及び外気と連通している、
請求項1に記載のブレーキ倍力システム。 - 前記ブレーキブースタが所定圧力であるか否かを検出する圧力センサと、
前記バッテリーが所定温度であるか否かを検出する温度センサと、
前記ブレーキブースタが前記所定圧力でありかつ前記バッテリーが前記所定温度であるときに前記モーターを停止させ、前記ブレーキブースタが前記所定圧力でないか又は前記バッテリーが前記所定温度でないときに前記モーターを駆動するコントローラーと、
をさらに備える請求項1に記載のブレーキ倍力システム。 - 前記モータージェネレーターの回転軸と前記エンジンの回転軸とを連結し分離するクラッチと、
前記車両の走行速度が所定速度である場合に、前記クラッチを切り、前記モータージェネレーターを前記バッテリーからの電力で駆動するコントローラーと、
をさらに備える請求項1に記載のブレーキ倍力システム。 - エンジンのインテークマニホールドに生じる負圧を第1負圧供給路により供給することでブレーキ踏力を増加するブレーキブースタと、車両の推力を発生するとともに制動時に回生電力を発生するモータージェネレーターと、前記モータージェネレーターと電気的に接続されるバッテリーとを備えるハイブリッド電気自動車の、吸気装置であって、
前記負圧を生成するエアーポンプと、
前記負圧を前記ブレーキブースタおよび前記バッテリーに供給する第2負圧供給路と、を備え、
前記エアーポンプは、前記モータージェネレーターにより駆動される
吸気装置。
