Claims (4)
- 流体供給源と流体使用装置とを繋ぐ経路に回転自在に介装される流体継手であり、
前記流体供給源または前記流体使用装置の何れか一方側の第1流路と連通するように配置される第1接続部と、
前記流体供給源または前記流体使用装置の何れか他方側の第2流路と連通するように配置される第2接続部と、
前記第1接続部と前記第2接続部との間に配置されて回転可能な回転継手体、とを備え、
前記回転継手体は、第1継手部と、前記第1継手部に対して回転可能に組み合わされた第2継手部と、を有し、
前記第1継手部と前記第2継手部とを回転可能に分割する分割面が、前記第1接続部および前記第2接続部の軸線方向から45度傾斜し、且つ、前記分割面の外周は円形状であり、
前記回転継手体が直線状態の際、前記第1接続部の第1軸線と前記第2接続部の第2軸線とは一致し、
前記回転継手体が曲折状態の際、前記第1軸線と前記第2軸線とは直交し、
前記回転継手体が前記直線状態の際、前記軸線方向に対して直交する方向を第1方向、前記第1方向に対向する方向を第2方向とした場合、前記回転継手体の内部空間の幅は、前記内部空間の中心に於いて、前記第1流路および前記第2流路と比較して、前記第1方向および前記第2方向に対して広く、
前記回転継手体が前記曲折状態の際、前記第1軸線に対して直交する方向を第3方向、前記第3方向に対向する方向を第4方向、前記第2軸線に対して直交する方向を第5方向、前記第5方向に対向する方向を第6方向とした場合、前記回転継手体の前記内部空間の幅は、前記内部空間の中心に於いて、前記第1流路と比較して前記第3方向および前記第4方向に対して広く、且つ、前記第2流路と比較して前記第5方向および前記第6方向に対して広く、
前記回転継手体は、前記第1流路側に開口する第1開口部と、前記第2流路側に開口する第2開口部と、を有し、
前記第2開口部の中心は、前記第1開口部の中心からシフトして配置されることを特徴とする流体継手。 - 前記第1継手部と前記第2継手部との間にベアリングを配置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体継手。
- 前記第1接続部または前記第2接続部に対して回転可能に接続された第3接続部を更に有することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の流体継手。
- 前記第1接続部と前記第1継手部とは一体の金属材料から成り、
前記第2接続部と前記第2継手部とは一体の金属材料から成る、ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れかに記載の流体継手。
