Claims (6)
- 帯状の金属箔に塗工された電極ペーストの突出部分を平坦化する電極の製造装置であって、
前記帯状の金属箔の搬送経路上に配置され、前記帯状の金属箔の搬送中に前記電極ペーストの前記突出部分を除去して平坦化する平坦化部を備え、
前記平坦化部は、前記搬送経路側に突き出た凸状部を有し、
前記凸状部は、前記帯状の金属箔の搬送方向に直交する方向に対して傾いた方向に延在する、電極の製造装置。 - 前記平坦化部で除去された前記突出部分の電極ペーストを回収する回収部を備える、請求項1に記載の電極の製造装置。
- 前記平坦化部は、コンマロールであり、
前記凸状部は、前記コンマロールの段差の部分である、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の電極の製造装置。 - 前記平坦化部は、グラビアロールであり、
前記グラビアロールは、複数の前記凸状部を有し、前記凸状部と前記凸状部との間の溝が前記搬送方向に直交する方向に対して傾いた方向に延在する、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の電極の製造装置。 - 帯状の金属箔に電極ペーストを塗工する塗工工程を含む電極の製造方法であって、
前記帯状の金属箔の搬送中に、前記塗工工程で塗工された前記電極ペーストの突出部分を前記帯状の金属箔の搬送方向に直交する方向に対して傾いた凸状部により除去する除去工程と、
前記除去工程で除去された前記突出部分の電極ペーストを回収する回収工程と、
を含む、電極の製造方法。 - 前記塗工工程は、前記帯状の金属箔に電極ペーストを間欠塗工する、請求項5に記載の電極の製造方法。
