Claims (5)
- 基板上にドーパント層を形成するドーパント層形成ステップ、
前記ドーパント層上に二酸化バナジウム(VO2)を蒸着し、前記ドーパント層をなすドーパントを拡散させて、サーモクロミック薄膜を形成するサーモクロミック薄膜形成ステップ、及び、
前記サーモクロミック薄膜形成ステップの後に、ポストアニール(post−annealing)ステップをさらに含み、
前記ドーパントは、Mo、W、Cr、Ni、またはZrのいずれか一種であることを特徴とする、ドーパントがドープされたサーモクロミック・ウィンドウの製造方法。 - 前記ドーパントがドープされたサーモクロミック・ウィンドウの製造方法は、
前記ドーパント層形成ステップの前に、前記基板上に遮断膜を形成するステップをさらに含み、
前記ドーパント層は、前記遮断膜上に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のドーパントがドープされたサーモクロミック・ウィンドウの製造方法。 - 前記ドーパント層の厚さは、5nm以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のドーパントがドープされたサーモクロミック・ウィンドウの製造方法。
- 前記サーモクロミック薄膜の厚さは少なくとも50nmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のドーパントがドープされたサーモクロミック・ウィンドウの製造方法。
- 前記サーモクロミック薄膜形成ステップは、スパッタリング(sputtering)蒸着法にて行うことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のドーパントがドープされたサーモクロミック・ウィンドウの製造方法。
