Description
国際的レベルで、低圧配電においては、次の3つの接地ボンディングスキーム(SLT)が規格化されている:すなわち、
− TN:3つのバージョン(TN−C;TN−S;TN−C−S)を伴う中性接続;
− TT:中性端子から接地へ;
− IT:絶縁された中性端子。
1− 接地および保護等電位ボンディング;
2− 従来の安全性曲線と相容性ある時間内での、(絶縁)不良がある場合の電源の自動遮断;
3− 一部の外部影響条件下で、および一部の場所についての補足的保護の使用(IEC規格第60364−7号「特殊設備または特殊場所についての要求事項」)。
火災のリスクに対する保護のための漏電装置の有効性は否定できないにせよ、電気ショックに対する人体の保護のためにそれらを使用することには限界があることが証明されている。
− RAの遵守にもかかわらず、2つまたは数軒の住居レベルで同時に発生するIa未満の故障電流が合算されて建物の全ての露出導電性部分の等電位ボンディングに起因してこれらの露出導電性部分のレベルで危険な接触電圧を生成する可能性のある集合住宅においてはこの条件は適用されない。
− UL≦50Vという条件は、乾燥した環境においてのみ有効である。
− 露出導電性部分の接地極の抵抗は、適切なものでなくてはならず、経時的に変化してはならない。
− 露出導電性部分の接地導体の連続性は確保されていなければならない。
(現行の)2005年11月付けIEC規格60364−1号の第314−1条の中で規定されている通り、補足的保護措置は、保護用導体PE内の過剰な漏洩電流(故障電流ではなく)に起因する高感度漏電装置の望ましくないトリップの可能性を減少させるために設備の分割を求めている。
絶縁不良が存在する状態において周囲の保護が機能不全である場合、建物全体の露出導電性部分は、その相互接続のために危険な電位になる可能性がある。
保護用導体[PE]内の過剰な漏洩電流に起因する高感度DDRの望ましくないトリップの可能性を削減するために設備の分割が是非とも必要であったとしても、それは、以下に挙げるものを含めた新しい制約条件を必然的に生み出すことになった:
− 複数の高感度DDRを使用する必要性。これにより一般に、既存の居住環境内に新しい電気設備が必要となる;
− 保護用導体を横断して接地へと流れしたがって人間および財産に対するいかなるリスクも示さない30ミリアンペア以下の故障に起因する望ましくないトリップ;
− 一般に使用される水平選択性は、「シンパシートリップ(sympathetic trip)」現象により故障として取上げられ得る。この状況は、一般に、過電圧現象を作り出す並行出力給電線の保護が開放される際に観察される。この過渡的過電圧は、PEを介して露出導電性部分の接地に接続されるフィルタリング容量を有する健全な出力給電線の開放をひき起こし得る。この場合は、耐性が強化されたDDRの使用が必要である。
1) 露出導電性部分の接地に接続された保護用導体を横断して電源に(規格上の要求事項に応じて)300ミリアンペア以下の故障電流が戻った時点で直ちに給電を遮断することによって火災保護を確保すること;以下では、この電流をIPEと呼ぶ。
2) 考慮対象の設備に供給する給電用有効導体または保護用導体[PE]を介する以外の形で電源に(企図されている保護に応じて)10または30ミリアンペア以下の電流が戻った時点で直ちに給電を遮断することによって、人体の保護を確保すること。したがって、この電流は人体を横断できるものとみなされる;以下ではこれをIhと呼ぶ。
3) Id≧IPE+k×Ihのような複合残留故障電流の出現時点で直ちに給電を遮断すること。ここで、Id≦300ミリアンペア;IPE≦300ミリアンペア;k=10である場合Ih≦30ミリアンペア;k=30である場合、Ih≦10ミリアンペア。
4) 危険な絶縁不良の存在下で周囲の保護が機能不全である場合に、集合住宅内の住居内で人体の保護を確保すること。
− IPE(mA)は絶縁不良により生成され感度抑制巻線を横断して電源に戻る電流を表わし;
− Ih(mA)は、以下の1−および3−に記載の故障条件下で人体を横断し得る電流を表わす]、
保護装置は、以下のことを可能にする。
− 露出導電性部分の接地の抵抗の値の如何に関わらず、かつ環境(乾燥、湿潤、浸漬状態)および皮膚の状態の如何に関わらず、間接的接触、
− 保護用導体(16)または一次巻線の出力端(6)および(7)の1つを介する以外の形で電源まで故障電流を戻らせることのできる設備とは無関係のあらゆる導体またはあらゆる露出導電性部分とあらゆる有効導体との間で発生する直接的接触。
a− 露出導電性部分の接地極の高い値、その欠如または保護用導体の破断の存在下で、乾燥した環境内での、乾燥した皮膚の状態における故障している露出導電性部分と人体との接触;または
b− 露出導電性部分の接地極の正常値の存在下で、湿潤または浸漬条件下での、故障した露出導電性部分と人体との接触;または
c− 保護用導体(16)または一次巻線の出力端(6)または(7)の1つを介する以外の形で電源に故障電流を戻すことができるようにする設備とは無関係のあらゆる導体またはあらゆる露出導電性部分および有効導体と人体との接触;または
d− 危険な絶縁不良の存在下で周囲の保護が機能不全である場合における人体と露出導電性部分との接触(集合住宅内の住居の場合)。このケースは「発明が解決しようとする課題」の部分において詳説されている。
− ゾーン(19)は、保護用装置の非作動ゾーンである;
− 曲線(20)はアフィン関数を表わす:
IPE=300 10×Ih;(Ihは0mAから30mAまで変動する);
− ゾーン(21)は、保護用装置の作動または非作動ゾーンである;
− 曲線Idは、保護用装置の定格感度電流を表わす。
N2<N1の場合P=N2÷N1、あるいは、N1<N2の場合P=N1÷N2。
なお式中、
− N1は、高感度漏電装置の中性端子または位相の一次巻線の巻き数である;
− N2は、感度抑制巻線の巻き数である。
P=(S1−S2)÷(S1+S2)(ここでS1>S2である):
なお式中、
− S1は、高感度漏電装置の中性端子の一次巻線および位相の一次巻線と同じ方向の磁気極性を有する感度抑制コイルの導線の断面であり;
− S2は、高感度漏電装置の中性端子の一次巻線および位相の一次巻線と反対方向の磁気極性を有する感度抑制コイルの導線の断面である;
S1−S2=0.9×(S1−S2);したがって、
S1=19×S2。
P=[N2×(1−z)]÷N2
なお式中、
− N2は感度抑制巻線の巻き数である;
− zは、分路された巻きの数量およびシャントの特性に左右される係数である。
N2(1−Z)=0.9×N2またはZ=0.1。
Claims (15)
- 保護用導体(15)および(16)を仲介として露出導電性部分(18)と該露出導電性部分の接地(17)との間に配置された地絡故障電流インタフェース(10)であって、該地絡故障電流インタフェースは、一次巻線(4)および(5)に接続された出力接点(1)および(2)、磁気トーラス(3)、二次巻線(8)、ならびにトリップリレー(9)を具備し、該インタフェースは、火災保護が求められる場合300ミリアンペア以下であり、該火災保護が求められていない場合には300ミリアンペア超であってよいあらゆる故障残留電流Idについて該二次巻線(8)を介して給電される該トリップリレー(9)を仲介して高感度漏電装置の出力接点(1)および(2)の開放を制御することを特徴とし、ここでId≧IPE+k×Ihであり、Ih=0である場合Id=IPEmaxであり、IPE=0である場合Id=k×Ihmaxであり、式中IPEは、該保護用導体(15)および(16)を横断して電源に戻る故障電流を表わし、その値は、該火災保護が求められている場合300ミリアンペア以下であり、該火災保護が求められていない場合300ミリアンペア超であってよく、Ihは、該保護用導体(15)および(16)を介するかまたは給電用有効導体(6)または(7)を介するもの以外の形で電源に戻り、かつ求められている人体保護電流に応じて30ミリアンペア以下でなければならない値を有するあらゆる電流を表わし、kは、k=IPEmax÷Ihmaxである係数を表わしている、地絡故障電流インタフェース。
- 該インタフェースは、該高感度漏電装置内に組込まれており、該インタフェースは、高感度遮断器または、定格感度電流が30ミリアンペアに等しい高感度漏電スイッチであり得ることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の地絡故障電流インタフェース。
- 該高感度漏電装置の該磁気トーラス(3)を中心として実施された1つまたは複数の感度抑制巻線で構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の地絡故障電流インタフェース。
- 該インタフェースは、300ミリアンペア以下であり、Id≧IPE+10×Ihであるようなあらゆる故障残留電流Idについて、該二次巻線(8)により給電される該トリップリレー(9)を仲介して該高感度漏電装置の出力接点(1)および(2)の開放を制御することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の地絡故障電流インタフェース。
- 該保護用導体(15)および(16)を横断して該電源に戻る該故障電流を表わす電流IPEが、300ミリアンペア以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項4に記載の地絡故障電流インタフェース。
- 該保護用導体(15)および(16)を介するかまたは該給電用有効導体(6)または(7)を介するもの以外の形で該電源に戻る該故障電流を表わす電流Ihが、30ミリアンペア以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の地絡故障電流インタフェース。
- 係数kが10に等しいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の地絡故障電流インタフェース。
- 前記インタフェースの第1の変形形態が、N2<N1である場合P=N2÷N1=0.9またはN1<N2である場合P=N1÷N2=0.9となるような割合Pで、該高感度漏電装置の該一次巻線(4)の巻き数N1とは異なる巻き数N2を有する感度抑制巻線(11)で構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項3に記載の地絡故障電流インタフェース。
- 前記インタフェースの第2の変形形態が、互いに相対する方向で巻回され平行に接続されたS1の断面とS2の断面とを有する2つのコイル(12)および(13)からなる1つの感度抑制巻線で構成され、これら2つのコイルが各々、該高感度漏電装置の該一次巻線(4)の巻き数に等しい巻き数を有し、これら2つのコイルが、S1>S2でP=(S1−S2)÷(S1+S2)=0.9であるような割合Pで断面S1およびS2を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項3に記載の地絡故障電流インタフェース。
- 前記インタフェースの第3の変形形態が、該高感度漏電装置の該一次巻線(4)の巻き数と同一の巻き数N2からなる感度抑制巻線(14)で構成されており、巻き数N2の一部分が分路されており、この分路化が、P=[N2×(1−z)]÷N2=0.9となるような割合Pで該高感度漏電装置の感度を抑制するのに役立つ(これはz=0.1、すなわち、巻きN2の10分の1が分路されていることを意味する)ことを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項3に記載の地絡故障電流インタフェース。
- 該感度抑制巻線の断面または該感度抑制巻線の断面の合計が、使用されている該高感度漏電装置の該一次巻線(4)の断面に少なくとも等しくなければならないことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の地絡故障電流インタフェース。
- 使用される該高感度漏電装置が多極装置であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の地絡故障電流インタフェース。
- 該インタフェースは、露出導電性部分における絶縁不良の場合に火災に対して財産を保護することを可能にすることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の地絡故障電流インタフェース。
- 該インタフェースは、故障している露出導電性部分と地面との間、故障している露出導電性部分と設備とは無関係のあらゆる導電性要素との間、ならびにあらゆる有効導体と地面との間およびあらゆる有効導体と設備とは無関係のあらゆる要素との間で接触が発生した場合に人体を電気ショックから保護することを可能にすることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の地絡故障電流インタフェース。
- 該インタフェースは、同じ露出導電性部分の接地極を用いた周囲の保護が機能不良である場合に該露出導電性部分との接触から人体を保護することを可能にし、前記インタフェースは、故障している周囲の露出導電性部分との関係におけるインタフェースを介して保護された設備の露出導電性部分の電気的分離を可能とするべく適合された補足的極を具備することを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の地絡故障電流インタフェース。
