Description
ファン駆動用モーターの出力軸にファンを取り付けるファンの取付構造において、
上記ファンは、羽根を有する樹脂製のファン本体と、該ファン本体の回転中心に形成された中心筒部に挿入されて該ファン本体に固定され、該ファン本体と一体に回転する筒状の回転防止部材とを備え、該回転防止部材は上記ファン本体を構成する樹脂よりも機械的強度の高い樹脂を成形してなり、
上記ファン本体の中心筒部の内周面には、複数のファン側平坦面とファン側円弧面とが中心線周りに交互に形成され、
上記出力軸は丸棒からなり、上記回転防止部材と一体に回転するように該回転防止部材に圧入され、
上記回転防止部材における上記中心筒部に挿入された部分の外周面には、上記ファン側平坦面に沿うように延びる軸側平坦面と、上記ファン側円弧面に沿うように延びて該ファン側円弧面に接触する軸側円弧面とが、上記ファン側平坦面と上記ファン側円弧面とに対応するように中心線周りに交互に形成され、該軸側円弧面には、上記回転防止部材の中心線方向に延びる凹部が形成され、
上記ファン側平坦面と上記軸側平坦面との間には、隙間が設けられていることを特徴とする。

Claims (1)
- ファン駆動用モーターの出力軸にファンを取り付けるファンの取付構造において、
上記ファンは、羽根を有する樹脂製のファン本体と、該ファン本体の回転中心に形成された中心筒部に挿入されて該ファン本体に固定され、該ファン本体と一体に回転する筒状の回転防止部材とを備え、該回転防止部材は上記ファン本体を構成する樹脂よりも機械的強度の高い樹脂を成形してなり、
上記ファン本体の中心筒部の内周面には、複数のファン側平坦面とファン側円弧面とが中心線周りに交互に形成され、
上記出力軸は丸棒からなり、上記回転防止部材と一体に回転するように該回転防止部材に圧入され、
上記回転防止部材における上記中心筒部に挿入された部分の外周面には、上記ファン側平坦面に沿うように延びる軸側平坦面と、上記ファン側円弧面に沿うように延びて該ファン側円弧面に接触する軸側円弧面とが、上記ファン側平坦面と上記ファン側円弧面とに対応するように中心線周りに交互に形成され、該軸側円弧面には、上記回転防止部材の中心線方向に延びる凹部が形成され、
上記ファン側平坦面と上記軸側平坦面との間には、隙間が設けられていることを特徴とするファンの取付構造。
