Abstract
Description
実施の形態にあっては、伝動装置を吊り下げて使用しても、ボールねじ軸37及びナット38に同方向の力が作用するので、ボールねじ軸37及びナット38に異なる方向に力が作用する場合に比べて、ナット38及びボールねじ軸37に作用する応力の差が小さくなる。

Claims (8)
- 入力軸と、
該入力軸に直交する方向に延びるねじ軸と、
該ねじ軸を囲む環状をなし、前記入力軸から入力された動力によって前記ねじ軸の軸回りに回転する伝動部材と、
前記ねじ軸に取り付けられており、前記伝動部材から伝達された動力によって回転するナットと
を備え、
前記ナットは、前記ねじ軸及び入力軸に直交する軸上に配置されており、
前記ナットに鍔が形成されており、
前記ナットの軸方向にて前記鍔を狭持しており、前記伝動部材から前記ナットに動力を伝達するハブを備える
伝動装置。 - 前記ハブは筒状をなし、
前記ハブの内周面に前記鍔が挿入される第一溝が形成されている
請求項1に記載の伝動装置。 - 前記ハブの外周面に前記伝動部材が挿入される第二溝が形成されている
請求項2に記載の伝動装置。 - 前記ハブを支持し、前記ねじ軸の軸方向に並設された複数の軸受を備え、
前記軸受の間の軸方向距離は、前記軸受の直径よりも小さい
請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の伝動装置。 - 前記ねじ軸、ナット、伝動部材及び入力軸を収容するケースと、
該ケースを対象物に取り付けるための取付盤と
を備える請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載の伝動装置。 - 前記取付盤に複数のねじ孔が前記ねじ軸の軸周りに並んでいる
請求項5に記載の伝動装置。 - 前記ケースの外面に圧力調整弁が設けられており、
前記圧力調整弁に対向し、潤滑液の流出を妨げる遮蔽部が前記ケースの内側に設けられている
請求項5または6に記載の伝動装置。 - 前記入力軸はウォームギアを有し、
前記伝動部材はウォームホイールを有し、
前記ウォームギア及びウォームホイールと、前記ねじ軸及びナットとの間にシール材が設けられている
請求項1から7のいずれか一つに記載の伝動装置。
