Description
※メタン発酵回分実験(35℃、汚泥負荷0.4gVS/gVSS、20日目)でバイオガス化率を解析
最初沈澱池を有する分散型下排水処理施設と最初沈澱池を有しない分散型下排水処理施設とから得られた余剰汚泥をTS濃度2〜7%に濃縮処理し、上記嫌気性処理装置で嫌気性処理を行った。
実施例1と同じ嫌気性処理装置を用いて、Mアルカリ度源として、最初沈澱池を有する分散型下排水処理施設から得た初沈汚泥に加えて有機性廃棄物(バイオエタノール製造廃液(表4に性状を記載))を注入した。初沈汚泥、有機性廃棄物の供給量は投入汚泥のTSに対してそれぞれ5〜10wt/%、10〜20wt/%とした。その結果、図8に示すように、嫌気性処理によるCODCr除去率は、平均して約65%となった。
実施例1の終了後にメタン発酵槽内へのMアルカリ度源の注入を停止した結果を図9に示す。図9に示すように、運転時間が経過するにつれてMアルカリ度は低下し、CODCr除去率が低下した。例えば、49日目では、Mアルカリ度が約2400mg/L、有機酸濃度/Mアルカリ度が0.8となり、CODCr除去率が約30%にまで低下した。

Claims (9)
- 複数の分散型下排水処理施設と、
前記複数の分散型下排水処理施設で得られた余剰汚泥を集約して貯留する貯槽及び前記貯槽に貯留された前記余剰汚泥を嫌気性処理する嫌気性処理槽を備える嫌気性処理施設と、
前記複数の分散型下排水処理施設で得られた前記余剰汚泥を回収して前記嫌気性処理施設へと運搬する運搬車と、
を備え、
前記複数の分散型下排水処理施設の内、少なくとも1の施設に最初沈澱池を備え、前記最初沈澱池で得られる初沈汚泥を、前記余剰汚泥の嫌気性処理に必要なアルカリ度源として前記貯槽に供給し、前記アルカリ度源が調整された前記貯槽内の前記余剰汚泥を前記嫌気性処理槽に投入することを含む下排水処理システム。 - 有機性廃液、屎尿、浄化槽汚泥、生ごみ、食品残渣の少なくとも1以上を含む有機性廃棄物を前記アルカリ度源として前記貯槽に投入することを更に含む請求項1に記載の下排水処理システム。
- 前記余剰汚泥を汚泥濃度2.5〜10.0wt%に濃縮して前記貯槽に投入するための濃縮装置を更に備える請求項1又2に記載の下排水処理システム。
- 前記貯槽内の前記余剰汚泥の汚泥濃度を検出する濃度計を備え、前記濃度計の検出結果に基づいて、前記貯槽への前記アルカリ度源の投入量を調整する請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の下排水処理システム。
- 前記嫌気性処理槽内の被処理液のMアルカリ度が2000mgCaCO3/L以上で、有機酸濃度/Mアルカリ度の比が0.5以下となるように前記アルカリ度源の投入量を制御することを含む請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の下排水処理システム。
- 前記複数の分散型下排水処理施設で得られる余剰汚泥の体積、温度、及び貯留時間の少なくともいずれかの情報及び前記初沈汚泥の前記アルカリ度を管理可能な情報管理システムを更に備える請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の下排水処理システム。
- 前記情報管理システムが、前記運搬車による前記複数の分散型下排水処理施設への巡回順序、巡回頻度及び巡回所要時間の少なくともいずれかを管理することを含む請求項6に記載の下排水処理システム。
- 前記濃縮装置が、楕円板型固液分離装置であることを含む請求項3に記載の下排水処理止ステム。
- 複数の分散型下排水処理施設で得られた余剰汚泥を運搬車を用いて運搬することと、
前記運搬車で運搬された余剰汚泥を貯槽に集約することと、
前記貯槽に集約された前記余剰汚泥を嫌気性消化槽で嫌気性処理することと、
を含む下排水処理方法であって、
前記複数の分散型下排水処理施設の内、少なくとも1の施設に設けられた最初沈澱池で得られる初沈汚泥を、前記余剰汚泥の嫌気性処理に必要なアルカリ度源として前記貯槽に供給し、前記アルカリ度源が調整された前記貯槽内の前記余剰汚泥を前記嫌気性処理槽に投入することを含む下排水処理方法。
