Claims (9)
- セメントキルンの窯尻から最下段サイクロンに至るまでのキルン排ガス流路より燃焼ガスの一部を冷却しながら抽気し、該抽気ガスを固気分離して固体として得られ、
金又は/及びビスマスを含むことを特徴とする有価金属精錬用原料。 - 前記抽気ガスを粗粉と、10μm通過分が80質量%以上の微粉を含むガスとに分離し、該微粉を含むガスを固気分離して固体として得られることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有価金属精錬用原料。
- 前記得られた固体を水洗し、該水洗後のスラリーを固液分離して固体として得られることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の有価金属精錬用原料。
- 前記水洗用液に塩酸又は硝酸を添加して前記水洗を行うことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の有価金属精錬用原料。
- 前記有価金属精錬用原料を水洗し、
該スラリーを酸浸出し、
該酸浸出によって得られた浸出残渣をアルカリ浸出し、
該アルカリ浸出によって得られた浸出残渣を回収して得られることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の有価金属精錬用原料。 - 前記有価金属精錬用原料に水及び硫化剤を添加し、
該水及び硫化剤を添加して生じたスラリーに捕集剤を添加し、
該捕集剤を添加したスラリーを浮遊選鉱し、
該浮遊選鉱によって得られたフロスを固液分離し、
該固液分離によって固体として得られることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の有価金属精錬用原料。 - 前記浸出残渣を回収して得られた有価金属精錬用原料に水及び硫化剤を添加し、
該水及び硫化剤を添加して生じたスラリーに捕集剤を添加し、
該捕集剤を添加したスラリーを浮遊選鉱し、
該浮遊選鉱によって得られたフロスを固液分離し、
該固液分離によって固体として得られることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の有価金属精錬用原料。 - セメントキルンの窯尻から最下段サイクロンに至るまでのキルン排ガス流路より燃焼ガスの一部を冷却しながら抽気し、該抽気ガスを固気分離して金又は/及びビスマスを含む固体を回収することを特徴とする有価金属精錬用原料回収方法。
- 前記セメントキルンで焼成するセメント原料の一部として都市ごみ焼却灰を用いることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の有価金属精錬用原料回収方法。
