- 請求項1または2に記載の装置であって、前記容器(1)の側壁(9)の内面からの、最下位に位置する前記混合用および/または粉砕用器具(3)の径方向最も外側の点までの距離A、またはこの点で描かれる円までの距離Aが、20mm以上、又は20mm以上かつ60mm以下である、ことを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1から3までのいずれかの請求項に記載の装置であって、前記容器(1)と接している搬送機(5)において、前記混合用および/または粉砕用器具(3)の径方向最も外方の点で描かれる円に対して法線方向であり、前記混合用および/または粉砕用器具(3)の移動方向または回転方向(12)を指し示す回転方向(19)における方向ベクトルと、前記開口(8)の個々の点または全領域、または前記開口(8)の径方向すぐ手前の各点または全領域における前記搬送機(5)の搬送方向における方向ベクトル(17)のスカラー積が、ゼロまたはマイナス値である、ことを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1から4までのいずれかの請求項に記載の装置であって、前記混合用および/または粉砕用器具(3)の径方向最も外側のポイントの回転方向(19)における方向ベクトルと、前記搬送機(5)の搬送方向における方向ベクトル(17)の間の角度(α)は、前記混合用および/または粉砕用器具(3)の回転方向または移動方向(12)に対して上流側の前記開口(8)における流入側縁部で二つの前記方向ベクトル(17、19)が交差する点で測定された場合、90°以上かつ180°以下の範囲である、ことを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1から5までのいずれかの請求項に記載の装置であって、前記回転方向または移動方向(12)における方向ベクトル(19)と、前記搬送機(5)の搬送方向における方向ベクトル(17)の間の角度(β)は、前記開口(8)の中間位置にある二つの前記方向ベクトル(17、19)が交差する点で測定された場合、170°から180°の範囲である、ことを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1から6までのいずれかの請求項に記載の装置であって、前記距離(18)は、前記搬送機(5)またはスクリュー(6)のハウジング(16)内径の2分の1と同等またはそれよりも大きく、および/または、前記容器(1)の半径の7%以上、または20%以上であり、前記距離(18)は、前記容器(1)の半径と同等またはそれより大きい、ことを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1から7までのいずれかの請求項に記載の装置であって、前記搬送機(5)の軸線(15)を、前記搬送方向の反対方向に仮想的に延長した延長線は、前記容器(1)内部のスペースを、少なくとも一部において、前記容器(1)の断面に対して割線状に通過すること、を特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1から8までのいずれかの請求項に記載の装置であって、前記搬送機(5)は、前記容器(1)に対して接線方向に取り付けられているか、前記容器(1)の断面に対して接線方向に沿っており、前記搬送機(5)若しくはスクリュー(6)の軸線(15)、又は前記取入れ口(80)に最も近い前記スクリュー(6)の軸線は、容器(1)の側壁(9)の内側か、前記ハウジング(16)の内壁か、前記スクリュー(6)の包絡端に対して接線方向に沿っており、前記スクリューが、その反対端において、前記ハウジング(16)の端部に設けられた排出口へ搬送を行うこと、を特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1から9までのいずれかの請求項に記載の装置であって、前記開口(8)と取入れ口(80)との間を、分離しないように、移送部または搬送スクリューを介在させずに直接接続すること、を特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1から10までのいずれかの請求項に記載の装置であって、前記混合用及び/若しくは粉砕用器具(3)は、前記回転方向若しくは移動方向(12)に前記プラスチック材料に対する粉砕、切断及び加熱作用を有する器具及び/若しくはブレード(14)を備え、並びに/又は、前記器具及び/若しくはブレード(14)は、回転可能な器具搬送機(13)に配置されること、を特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1から11までのいずれかの請求項に記載の装置であって、前記混合用及び/若しくは粉砕用器具(3)又はブレード(14)おける、前記プラスチック材料に作用し、前記回転方向若しくは移動方向(12)を指し示す前方領域若しくは前方縁部(22)の形成、構成、曲率及び/若しくは配置の態様は、前記回転方向若しくは移動方向(12)後部に位置する各領域と比較して違っていること、を特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1から12までのいずれかの請求項に記載の装置であって、前記容器(1)は基本的に、その断面が円形の円筒形状を有し、基底水準面(2)とこれに対して垂直方向のシリンダージャケットの形状を有する側壁(9)を有するか、前記混合用及び/若しくは粉砕用器具(3)の回転軸(10)が前記容器(1)の中心軸線と一致するか、並びに/又は前記回転軸(10)若しくは中心軸線が基底水準面(2)に対して、垂直及び/若しくは法線方向であること、を特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1から13までのいずれかの請求項に記載の装置であって、最下位に位置する前記器具搬送機(13)又は最下位に位置する前記混合用及び/若しくは粉砕用器具(3)、並びに/又は前記開口(8)は、前記容器(1)の高さ寸法の下から4分の1の領域において、前記基底水準面(2)から10mm〜400mmの距離を置いて、前記基台に近接して配置される、ことを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1から14までのいずれかの請求項に記載の装置であって、前記搬送機(5)は一つの圧縮スクリュー(6)を有する一軸スクリュー押出機(6)、または二軸/多軸スクリュー押出機であり、各前記スクリュー(6)の直径dはすべて同一である、ことを特徴とする装置。
