Description
a)構造指数がどのようなものであれ、40〜100phr、好ましくは60〜90phrの比率で用いられるBET比表面積が60m2/g未満のカーボンブラックか、
b)40〜100phr、好ましくは60〜90phrの比率で用いられるBET比表面積が30〜260m2/gの沈降シリカ、熱分解法シリカ、アルミナ又はアルミノシリケートから成る群から選択されたSiOH及び/又はAlOH表面官能基を含むシリカ及び/又はアルミナ系の白色充填剤(ホワイトフィラー)又は合成中又は合成後にSiOH及び/又はAlOH官能基で少なくとも部分的に覆うことによって改質されたカーボンブラックか、
c)又は、a)に記載されたカーボンブラックとb)に記載された白色充填剤(ホワイトフィラー)及び/又は改質されたカーボンブラックとのブレンド(充填剤の全体的比率は、40〜100phr、好ましくは60〜90phrである)かのいずれかで構成された補強用充填剤を主成分とするエラストマー混合物である。
・27%変形率における1000サイクルに関する試験片“PS”の適応、
・関係式“E”=f(変形率)を求めるためのエネルギー特徴付け。エネルギー解除率“E”は、W0・h0に等しく、W0=単位サイクル当たり且つ単位体積当たりの材料に供給されるエネルギー、h0=試験片の初期高さである。かくして、力/変位の読みを利用することにより、“E”と荷重の振幅の関係が与えられる。
・試験片“PS”を切り欠いた後の亀裂の測定。得られた情報を利用すると、加えられた荷重レベル“E”の関数として亀裂伝搬速度“Vpを求めることができる。
3φ2≦D≦25φ2
であるようなものであり、上式において、φ2は、軸方向に幅の最も狭い実働クラウン層の補強要素の直径である。この関係式は、ゴム混合物の層Cと軸方向に幅の最も狭い実働クラウン層との係合面積を定める。かかる係合面積の大きさが軸方向に幅の最も狭い実働クラウン層の補強要素の直径の3倍未満である場合、特に軸方向に幅の最も狭い実働クラウン層の端のところの応力の減少を得る目的上、実働クラウン層の結合解除をもたらすには不十分である場合がある。かかる係合面積の大きさが軸方向に幅の最も狭い実働クラウン層の補強要素の直径の20倍を超える場合、これによりタイヤのクラウン補強材のドリフト剛性(コーナリング剛性)の過度の減少が生じる場合がある。

c)又は、a)に記載されたカーボンブラックとb)に記載された白色充填剤(ホワイトフィラー)及び/又は改質されたカーボンブラックとのブレンド(充填剤の全体的比率は、40〜100phr、好ましくは60〜90phrである)かのいずれかで構成された補強用充填剤を主成分とするエラストマー混合物である。

c)又は、a)に記載されたカーボンブラックとb)に記載された白色充填剤(ホワイトフィラー)及び/又は改質されたカーボンブラックとのブレンド(充填剤の全体的比率は、40〜100phr、好ましくは60〜90phrである)かのいずれかで構成された補強用充填剤を主成分とするエラストマー混合物である。
‐層C2は飽和層であり、このことは、この層中には、少なくとも直径d2の第(N+1)番目の細線をこれに追加するには十分なスペースが存在せず、この場合、Nは、層C1の回りに層として巻回できる細線の最大本数を表す。
‐ゴムシースは更に、内側層C1を覆うと共に/或いは外側層C2の隣り合う細線を互いに隔てる。
‐ゴムシースは、事実上、このゴムシースがこの層C2の隣り合う細線を互いに隔てるよう層C2の各細線の半径方向内方の周囲半分を覆う。
‐プライの幅全体にわたって連続し且つ24°に等しい角度をなして差し向けられた非たが掛け非伸長性金属コード9.28で形成された第1の実働層41と、
‐スチール21×23で作られている「バイモジュラス」型の金属コードで形成された円周方向補強要素の層42と、
‐プライの幅全体にわたって連続し且つ24°に等しい角度をなして差し向けられた非たが掛け非伸長性金属コード9.28で形成されると共に層41の金属コードとクロス掛け関係をなしている非たが掛け非伸長性金属コード9.28で形成された第2の実働層43と
‐弾性金属コード6.35で作られた保護層44とで形成されている。
Claims (6)
- 半径方向カーカス補強材を備えたタイヤであって、前記タイヤは、補強要素の少なくとも2つの実働クラウン層で作られたクラウン補強材を有し、1つの実働クラウン層は、円周方向と10°から45°までの角度をなして次の実働クラウン層とクロス掛け関係をなし、ゴム混合物の層Cが、少なくとも、前記少なくとも2つの実働クラウン層の端相互間に配置され、前記クラウン補強材には半径方向にトレッドが被せられ、前記トレッドは、2つのサイドウォールを経て2つのビードに接合され、前記クラウン補強材は、円周方向補強要素の少なくとも1つの層を有する、タイヤにおいて、前記層Cの10%伸び率における引張り弾性率は、9MPaを超え、前記層Cのtan(δ)maxで表される、100℃の温度下で測定されるtan(δ)値の最大値は、0.100未満であり、前記円周方向補強要素の層は、2つの実働クラウン層相互間に半径方向に配置されている、タイヤ。
- 前記ゴム混合物の層Cは、天然ゴムを主成分とし又は大部分がシス‐1,4鎖を含む合成ポリイソプレンを主成分とし且つ場合によっては少なくとも1つの他のジエンエラストマー(天然ゴム又は合成ポリイソプレンは、配合の場合、用いられる他の1つ又は複数のジエンエラストマーの比率に対して大部分の比率で存在する)及び
a)構造指数がどのようなものであれ、40〜100phr、好ましくは60〜90phrの比率で用いられるBET比表面積が60m2/g未満のカーボンブラックか、
b)40〜100phr、好ましくは60〜90phrの比率で用いられるBET比表面積が30〜260m2/gの沈降シリカ、熱分解法シリカ、アルミナ又はアルミノシリケートから成る群から選択されたSiOH及び/又はAlOH表面官能基を含むシリカ及び/又はアルミナ系の白色充填剤(ホワイトフィラー)又は合成中又は合成後にSiOH及び/又はAlOH官能基で少なくとも部分的に覆うことによって改質されたカーボンブラックか、
c)又は、a)に記載されたカーボンブラックとb)に記載された白色充填剤(ホワイトフィラー)及び/又は改質されたカーボンブラックとのブレンド(充填剤の全体的比率は、40〜100phr、好ましくは60〜90phrである)かのいずれかで構成された補強用充填剤を主成分とするエラストマー混合物である、請求項1記載のタイヤ。 - 前記少なくとも2つの実働クラウン層は、互いに等しくない軸方向幅を有し、軸方向に幅の最も狭い実働層の端とゴム混合物の前記層Cによって前記軸方向に幅の最も狭い実働層から隔てられた実働層との間の距離dは、1.1φ<d<2.2φであるようなものであり、φは、前記円周方向補強要素の少なくとも1つの層の前記補強要素の直径であり、子午線平面で見て、前記ゴム混合物の層Cの厚さは、前記層Cの軸方向内端と前記軸方向に幅の最も狭い実働層の前記端との間の軸方向幅にわたって実質的に一様である、請求項1又は2記載のタイヤ。
- 前記少なくとも2つの実働クラウン層は各々、ゴム混合物の2つのスキムコート相互間に挿入された補強要素で形成され、少なくとも1つの実働クラウン層の少なくとも1つのスキムコートの10%伸び率における引張り弾性率は、9MPaを超え、少なくとも1つの実働クラウン層の少なくとも1つのスキムコートのtan(δ)maxで表される、100℃の温度下で測定されるtan(δ)値の最大値は、0.100未満である、請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの実働クラウン層の少なくとも1つのスキムコートは、天然ゴムを主成分とし又は大部分がシス‐1,4鎖を含む合成ポリイソプレンを主成分とし且つ場合によっては少なくとも1つの他のジエンエラストマー(天然ゴム又は合成ポリイソプレンは、配合の場合、用いられる他の1つ又は複数のジエンエラストマーの比率に対して大部分の比率で存在する)及び
a)構造指数がどのようなものであれ、40〜100phr、好ましくは60〜90phrの比率で用いられるBET比表面積が60m2/g未満のカーボンブラックか、
b)40〜100phr、好ましくは60〜90phrの比率で用いられるBET比表面積が30〜260m2/gの沈降シリカ、熱分解法シリカ、アルミナ又はアルミノシリケートから成る群から選択されたSiOH及び/又はAlOH表面官能基を含むシリカ及び/又はアルミナ系の白色充填剤(ホワイトフィラー)又は合成中又は合成後にSiOH及び/又はAlOH官能基で少なくとも部分的に覆うことによって改質されたカーボンブラックか、
c)又は、a)に記載されたカーボンブラックとb)に記載された白色充填剤(ホワイトフィラー)及び/又は改質されたカーボンブラックとのブレンド(充填剤の全体的比率は、40〜100phr、好ましくは60〜90phrである)かのいずれかで構成された補強用充填剤を主成分とするエラストマー混合物である、請求項4記載のタイヤ。 - 前記円周方向補強要素の少なくとも1つの層の前記補強要素は、10〜120GPaの0.7%伸び率における割線モジュラス及び150GPa未満の最大接線モジュラスを示す金属補強要素である、請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載のタイヤ。
