Claims (7)
- 燃料を燃焼させる燃焼機関からの排ガスの熱を回収する熱交換器と、
前記熱交換器で熱回収前の排ガス中の煤塵を除去する集塵機と、
除塵後の排ガス中に含まれる硫黄酸化物を吸収液で除去する脱硫装置と、
前記集塵機と前記熱交換器との間に配置された石灰供給装置と、
制御装置と、を備え、
前記石灰供給装置は、
炭酸カルシウムを貯留する炭酸カルシウム貯留手段と、
前記炭酸カルシウム貯留手段に貯留された炭酸カルシウムを搬送する炭酸カルシウム搬送手段と、
前記炭酸カルシウム搬送手段で搬送された炭酸カルシウムを煙道に供給する炭酸カルシウム供給手段と、
前記煙道の前記熱交換器よりも上流側で、前記炭酸カルシウム供給手段により炭酸カルシウムが供給された領域に水分を供給する水分供給手段と、を有し、
前記脱硫装置は、前記吸収液に石灰スラリーを供給する石灰スラリー供給装置を有し、
制御装置は、排ガス中の硫黄酸化物濃度に基づいて、前記炭酸カルシウム供給手段から供給される前記炭酸カルシウムの量と、前記石灰スラリー供給装置から供給される石灰スラリーの量を調整することを特徴とする排ガス処理システム。 - 前記水分供給手段は、前記炭酸カルシウム供給手段が炭酸カルシウムを供給する端部の周囲に配置され、前記炭酸カルシウム供給手段の端部と二重管となり、前記端部の外周から前記水分を供給することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排ガス処理システム。
- 前記水分供給手段は、前記炭酸カルシウム供給手段が炭酸カルシウムを供給する位置よりも排ガスの流れ方向上流側の前記煙道に水分を供給することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排ガス処理システム。
- 前記水分は、蒸気であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の排ガス処理システム。
- 前記水分は、液体であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の排ガス処理システム。
- 前記水分は、スーパーヒートした蒸気であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の排ガス処理システム。
- 前記燃焼機関は、ボイラであることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の排ガス処理システム。
