Claims (9)
- マルチスペクトルスターリングアレイであって、
各々が異なる所定スペクトル感度で画像を検出するようにされた少なくとも2つのセンサであって、該少なくとも2つのセンサが、同一でも平行でもない像面に配置される前記少なくとも2つのセンサと、
入射スペクトル帯域を捕捉する第1のレンズと、
前記第1のレンズと前記少なくとも2つのセンサとの間の、前記入射スペクトル帯域を細分化するように構成されたスペクトルフィルタと、
前記細分化された入射スペクトル帯域を前記少なくとも2つのセンサの各々に向け、そこに合焦させる第2のレンズと、
前記第1のレンズと前記第2のレンズとの間にある作動可能なミラーと、
を備えるマルチスペクトルスターリングアレイ。 - 前記第1のレンズと前記スペクトルフィルタとの間に変形可能ミラーを備える請求項1に記載のアレイ。
- 前記第2のレンズがマイクロレンズアレイである請求項1または2に記載のアレイ。
- 前記スペクトルフィルタが前記第1のレンズと前記マイクロレンズアレイとの間にある請求項3に記載のアレイ。
- 前記ミラーと前記スペクトルフィルタの間に光導体を更に備える請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のアレイ。
- 前記マイクロレンズアレイから前記少なくとも2つのセンサの各々へと光を向ける固定ミラーを備える請求項3に記載のアレイ。
- 前記第1のレンズと前記スペクトルフィルタとの間に作動式ミラーと、
前記作動式ミラーを作動させる駆動器と、
を備える請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載のアレイ。 - 前記所定のスペクトル感度が、可視光及び近紫外光(VNIR)、紫外光(UV)及び赤外光(IR)の少なくとも1つで最大化される請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載のアレイ。
- 前記入射スペクトル帯域が連続する帯域である請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載のアレイ。
