Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1に係る車両用制御装置の正面図である。図2は、実施の形態1に係る車両用制御装置の斜視図である。車両用制御装置1は、コンデンサ、抵抗、およびスイッチなどの電子部品を有するモジュール11a,11b,11c,11dを格納する筐体10と、モジュール11a,11bを接続する主回路配線12aと、モジュール11b,11cを接続する主回路配線12bと、モジュール11c,11dを接続する主回路配線12cを備える。なお筐体10の外部に引き出されていない各モジュール11a,11b,11c,11dを接続する主回路配線については図示しない。内部を流れる電流の最大値が第1の閾値以上である主回路配線12a,12b,12cは、筐体10の外部に引き出されている。
図3は、本発明の実施の形態2に係る車両用制御装置の正面図である。図4は、実施の形態2に係る車両用制御装置の斜視図である。実施の形態2においては、モジュール11a,11b,11c,11dのそれぞれの筐体内部に電子部品が格納され、モジュール11a,11b,11c,11dのそれぞれの筐体の一面が、筐体10の外面の一部を構成する。
Claims (8)
- 電子部品を有する複数のモジュールを格納する1つの筐体と、
前記筐体に格納されている前記モジュールを相互に接続し、内部を流れる電流の最大値が第1の閾値以上であって、前記筐体の外部に引き出されている主回路配線と、
前記主回路配線の前記筐体の外部に引き出されている部分を覆う被覆部材と、
を備え、
前記被覆部材は、導電率が第2の閾値以下であり、熱伝導率が第3の閾値以上であり、防水性を有する部材である、
車両用制御装置。 - 前記筐体の外部に引き出されている前記主回路配線の一部は、前記筐体から離隔して設けられる請求項1に記載の車両用制御装置。
- 前記車両用制御装置が車両本体に取り付けられた状態において、前記車両本体に対向する前記車両用制御装置の一面からの距離が、前記車両用制御装置を前記車両本体に取り付ける部材の取り付け方向の長さを超えない範囲内に、前記主回路配線の一部が設けられる請求項2に記載の車両用制御装置。
- 前記筐体には、前記主回路配線が接続される接続部を有するモジュールの一面と対向し、該モジュールの一面の外形より小さい外形を有する開口部が設けられ、
前記筐体および該モジュールの一面に接する防水性を有する防水部材が前記開口部に沿って設けられ、
前記主回路配線は前記開口部を通って前記接続部に接続され、
前記接続部は防水構造を有する、
請求項1に記載の車両用制御装置。 - 発熱量が第4の閾値以上である前記電子部品は、前記モジュールの内部において、前記筐体からの距離が第5の閾値以下となる位置に設けられる請求項1に記載の車両用制御装置。
- 発熱量が第4の閾値以上である前記電子部品の外面の内、面積が最も大きい面は、該電子部品から最も近い位置にある前記筐体の一面に対向して設けられる請求項1に記載の車両用制御装置。
- 前記面積が最も大きい面を除く前記電子部品の外面は、熱伝導率が第6の閾値以下である断熱部材で覆われている請求項6に記載の車両用制御装置。
- 前記筐体の外面にフィンが設けられる請求項1に記載の車両用制御装置。
