Claims (3)
- 配管内に観測機器を挿入する為の観測機器挿入装置を取付ける観測機器挿入装置取付け方法であって、原子炉格納容器の外部に延出する前記配管に設けられたバルブの前記原子炉格納容器より離反する側にフラッシング装置を取付け、該フラッシング装置より清浄水を供給し前記配管内を清浄水で満たす工程と、前記原子炉格納容器と前記バルブとの間の配管に凍結装置を取付け、該凍結装置により前記配管内の清浄水を凍結させる工程と、凍結確認後に前記凍結装置よりも前記原子炉格納容器より離反する側の清浄水を排水する工程と、前記凍結装置の前記原子炉格納容器より離反する側で前記配管を切断する工程と、該配管の切断部に前記観測機器挿入装置を取付け、該観測機器挿入装置と前記配管とを溶接する工程とを有することを特徴とする観測機器挿入装置取付け方法。
- 前記凍結装置は前記配管に2つ取付けられ、該配管を切断する工程で前記原子炉格納容器より離反する側の前記凍結装置が取外され、前記観測機器挿入装置を取付ける工程で残りの前記凍結装置が取外される請求項1の観測機器挿入装置取付け方法。
- 前記観測機器挿入装置を取付ける工程は、該観測機器挿入装置と前記配管とを溶接する工程と、前記観測機器挿入装置に耐圧試験装置を取付け、溶接部の耐圧試験を行う工程と、残りの前記凍結装置を取外し、仕上げ溶接する工程と、溶接により融解した清浄水を排水する工程とを更に有する請求項1又は請求項2の観測機器挿入装置取付け方法。
