Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1にかかる油圧操作機構の異常診断装置を示す図である。油圧操作機構1は、油圧により遮断器の投入と遮断とを操作する。異常診断装置2は、油圧操作機構1の異常を診断する。なお、図1には、油圧操作機構1により操作される遮断器の遮断器接点3を示している。

Claims (7)
- 遮断器の投入と遮断とを操作する油圧操作機構の異常を診断する異常診断装置であって、
前記油圧操作機構に保持される油圧が第1の基準圧力にまで低下したときに開始され前記油圧が第2の基準圧力にまで上昇したときに停止される昇圧動作が行われた回数をカウントするカウンターと、
昇圧動作が停止されたときから次の昇圧動作が開始されるときまでの時間である動作間隔を計測するタイマーと、
前記カウンターによるカウントの結果を基に求められた昇圧動作回数を前記動作間隔に基づいて補正して、補正された前記昇圧動作回数のデータを用いて前記油圧操作機構の異常の有無を判定する異常判定部と、
を備えることを特徴とする油圧操作機構の異常診断装置。 - 前記異常判定部は、理想的な温度条件による昇圧動作の間隔である標準動作間隔をあらかじめ求め、前記タイマーにより得られた動作間隔の前記標準動作間隔に対する割合で前記昇圧動作回数を除算することにより前記昇圧動作回数を補正することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の油圧操作機構の異常診断装置。
- 前記異常判定部は、補正された前記昇圧動作回数のデータを収集し、前記データの分布に基づく前記昇圧動作回数の変動の評価により前記異常の有無を判定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の油圧操作機構の異常診断装置。
- 前記異常判定部は、統計的検定の手法により前記昇圧動作回数の変動を評価することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の油圧操作機構の異常診断装置。
- 前記異常判定部は、前記カウンターによるカウントの結果から前記遮断器の操作に伴う昇圧動作の回数を差し引いて求められた前記昇圧動作回数を、前記動作間隔に基づいて補正することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の油圧操作機構の異常診断装置。
- 前記異常判定部は、前記遮断器の動作が行われた回数から、前記油圧操作機構での昇圧動作を伴わないと判定された動作の回数を差し引いて、前記遮断器の操作に伴う昇圧動作の回数を得ることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の油圧操作機構の異常診断装置。
- 遮断器の投入と遮断とを操作する油圧操作機構の異常を診断する異常診断方法であって、
前記油圧操作機構に保持される油圧が第1の基準圧力にまで低下したときに開始され前記油圧が第2の基準圧力にまで上昇したときに停止される昇圧動作が行われた回数をカウントするステップと、
昇圧動作が停止されたときから次の昇圧動作が開始されるときまでの時間である動作間隔を計測するステップと、
カウントの結果を基に求められた昇圧動作回数を前記動作間隔に基づいて補正するステップと、
補正された前記昇圧動作回数のデータを用いて前記油圧操作機構の異常の有無を判定するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする油圧操作機構の異常診断方法。
