Description
軌道のバラスト清掃と、その直ぐ後に続くタンピング機械による軌道位置修正との組み合わせは、GB2186309明細書から公知である。
図1に示されている軌道建設現場には、軌道2のバラストを清掃する清掃機械1が位置している。この清掃機械1は実質的に、バラスト収容のための清掃チェーン3とふるい装置4とからなっている。清掃されたバラストは、放出箇所5を介して軌道2上に放出される。作業方向6に関して、清掃機械1の後方端部7には、測定台車8が設けられている。この測定台車8は、測定軸9と測定弦で形成される軌道測定システム10を有している。
Claims (2)
- 作業方向(6)に関してタンピング機械(14)上流側に配置された清掃機械(1)によるバラスト清掃と一緒に軌道位置を修正する方法において、
a)前記清掃機械(1)が、清掃された前記バラストを軌道(2)に戻した後で、前記軌道(2)の実際値位置を、前記清掃機械(1)の測定台車(8)による実際値位置データの検出を介して測定するステップと、
b)ステップa)と並行して、前記清掃機械(1)の直ぐ後に位置する照準台車(11)により、固定点(12)に対する軌道位置の検出を介して固定点修正値を求めるステップと、
c)前記清掃機械(1)からの前記実際値位置データ、および、前記照準台車(11)からの前記固定点修正値を、後続のタンピング機械(14)に伝送し、前記実際値位置データと前記固定点修正値とを、締固めによって達成すべき軌道目標位置に対する修正値の算出のために利用するステップとを含んでいることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記タンピング機械(14)による前記軌道の第1の締固めの直後に、実際値位置データと固定点修正値とを再び検出し、後続する第2のタンピング機械による、軌道目標位置に対する新たな修正値の算出のために利用する、請求項1記載の方法。
