Claims (7)
- 物品から材料を除去する方法であって、当該方法が、
物品を処理温度まで加熱するステップ
を含んでおり、前記物品が、元素態ケイ素、元素態ケイ素を含む合金、ケイ化物、炭化ケイ素、窒化ケイ素又はこれらの組合せを含む第1の材料と、それに接触したケイ素含有酸化物を含む第2の材料とを含み、
加熱ステップが、1200℃以上の処理温度で全圧10 -2 トール(1.3Pa)未満を有する真空下で実施され、前記物品が基材を含んでいて、第1の材料が基材上に配置されており、前記基材がセラミックマトリックス複合材料を含んでいて、該複合材料が、炭化ケイ素、窒化ケイ素又はこれらの組合せを含む、方法。 - 全圧が10-5トール(10-3Pa)未満である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 処理温度が1300℃以上である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記酸化物が、シリカ、ケイ酸塩又はこれらの組合せを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記物品が、第2の材料の上に配置された酸化物を含む第3の材料をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第3の材料の酸化物が、希土類ケイ酸塩、アルミノケイ酸塩、ジルコニア又はこれらの組合せを含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 物品から材料を除去する方法であって、
物品を、全圧10-2トール(1.3Pa)未満を有する真空下で、1200℃以上の処理温度に加熱するステップであって、物品が、
炭化ケイ素、窒化ケイ素又はこれらの組合せを含むセラミックマトリックス複合材料を含む基材と、
基材の上に配置された第1の材料であって、元素態ケイ素、元素態ケイ素を含む合金、ケイ化物又はこれらの組合せを含む第1の材料と、
第1の材料と接触する第2の材料であって、シリカ、ケイ酸塩又はこれらの組合せを含む第2の材料と、
第2の材料の上に配置された第3の材料であって、希土類ケイ酸塩、アルミノケイ酸塩、ジルコニア又はこれらの組合せを含む第3の材料と
を含んでいるステップと、
第3の材料を基材から除去するステップと
を含む方法。
