Description
Claims (13)
- 飲料充填プラントにおいて少なくとも1つの容器を充填物で充填することと、容器の二次成形を行なうことの少なくとも一方を行なう、少なくとも1つの容器を取扱う装置(1)であって、
所定の雰囲気を含み、前記容器の取扱いが行なわれる隔離チャンバ(2)と、
前記容器を前記隔離チャンバ(2)に搬入し、前記隔離チャンバ(2)から搬出するための少なくとも1つの容器通路(30、32)と、
前記容器通路(30、32)および前記隔離チャンバ(2)から空気を吸い出す吸引装置(4)と、
前記隔離チャンバ(2)へ供給される空気を調製する供給空気調製ユニット(5)と、を備えており、
前記吸引装置(4)は、前記容器通路(30、32)および前記隔離チャンバ(2)から吸い出された前記空気の少なくとも一部が、新たな調製のために前記供給空気調製ユニット(5)へ供給されるように、前記供給空気調製ユニット(5)と接続されていることを特徴とする、装置(1)。 - 前記吸引装置(4)と前記供給空気調製ユニット(5)の間に分流器(6)が設けられており、当該分流器(6)は、前記吸い出された空気のうち前記供給空気調製ユニット(5)に供給される体積を変化させることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の装置(1)。 - 前記供給空気調製ユニット(5)は、外気を前記供給空気調製ユニット(5)に供給する外気供給部(8)に接続されていることを特徴とする、
請求項1または2に記載の装置(1)。 - 前記供給空気調製ユニット(5)は、屋外気を前記供給空気調製ユニット(5)に供給する屋外気供給部(9)に接続されていることを特徴とする、
請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。 - 周囲の条件、屋外の条件、および装置(1)に要求される動作条件に基づいて、前記供給空気調製ユニット(5)に供給される吸い出された空気、屋外気、外気の少なくとも1つの比率を制御する制御システムが設けられている、
請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。 - H2O2を含む消毒剤と殺菌剤の少なくとも一方を除去するコールドトラップ(7)が前記吸引装置(4)の下流かつ分流器(6)の上流に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記供給空気調製ユニット(5)は、容器取扱いプラントにおける複数の空気消費部へ供給される空気を調整する中央供給空気調製ユニットとして設けられていることを特徴とする、
請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。 - 前記供給空気調製ユニット(5)は、少なくとも1つの無菌フィルタ、少なくとも1つの温度制御装置、少なくとも1つのコールドトラップ(7)、少なくとも1つの湿度調節手段の少なくとも1つを備えていることを特徴とする、
請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。 - 前記吸い出された空気のうち前記供給空気調製ユニット(5)へ供給されない一部から熱エネルギーを抽出するように配置され、当該熱エネルギーを前記供給空気調製ユニット(5)、外気供給部(8)、および屋外気供給部(9)の少なくとも1つへ供給する熱交換器(90)が設けられていることを特徴とする、
請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。 - 消毒剤と清浄剤の少なくとも一方を破壊する少なくとも1つの触媒が、前記吸引装置(4)の下流に配置されていることを特徴とする、
請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。 - 前記供給空気調製ユニット(5)において、隔離チャンバ(2)へ供給される空気に対して気体のH2O2を含む消毒剤と洗浄剤の少なくとも一方の投与が行なわれることを特徴とする、
請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。 - 隔離チャンバ(2)へ供給される空気を調整するに際し、充填バルブ、製品供給ライン、供給導管、冶具のキャビティの少なくとも1つの表面が、コールドトラップ(7)を通過した冷却剤で冷却されうることを特徴とする、
請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)。 - 充填物で容器を充填することと、容器の二次成形を行なうことの少なくとも一方を行なう容器の取扱い方法であって、
前記取扱いは、隔離チャンバ(2)内で行なわれ、
容器は少なくとも1つの容器通路(30、32)を介して前記隔離チャンバ(2)へ搬入され、
供給空気調製ユニット(5)により前記隔離チャンバ(2)内に所定の雰囲気が形成され、
前記隔離チャンバ(2)および前記容器通路(30、32)から吸引装置(4)によって空気が吸い出され、
前記容器通路(30、32)および前記隔離チャンバ(2)から前記吸引装置(4)によって吸い出された前記空気の少なくとも一部が、前記供給空気調製ユニット(5)へ送り戻されることを特徴とする、方法。
