Claims (3)
- 車両に搭載される手動変速機であって、
上記車両に搭載された動力源の動力が入力される入力側動力伝達軸と、
上記入力側動力伝達軸に平行に配置されたカウンタ軸と、
上記入力側動力伝達軸と同軸に配置された出力側動力伝達軸と、
上記入力側動力伝達軸と上記カウンタ軸との間に配置され、上記入力側動力伝達軸から上記カウンタ軸に動力を伝達するための、互いに噛み合う2つのギヤを各々有する複数の前進変速段用ギヤ列と、
上記カウンタ軸と上記出力側動力伝達軸との間に配置され、互いに噛み合う2つのギヤを各々有する第1減速ギヤ列及び第2減速ギヤ列と、
を備え、
上記第1減速ギヤ列及び第2減速ギヤ列は、上記カウンタ軸の回転を減速して上記出力側動力伝達軸に出力するものであり、
上記第1減速ギヤ列及び第2減速ギヤ列の減速比が、互いに異なっており、
上記第1減速ギヤ列の減速比は、上記第2減速ギヤ列の減速比よりも大きく設定され、
最高変速段の1段低速の変速段である特定変速段が、上記第1減速ギヤ列と、上記複数の前進変速段用ギヤ列のうちの、該特定変速段に対応する特定変速段用ギヤ列とで形成され、
上記最高変速段が、上記第2減速ギヤ列と、上記特定変速段用ギヤ列とで形成されることを特徴とする手動変速機。 - 請求項1記載の手動変速機において、
上記第1減速ギヤ列による第1減速状態と、上記第2減速ギヤ列による第2減速状態とに切り換え可能な切換機構を更に備えていることを特徴とする手動変速機。 - 請求項1又は2記載の手動変速機において、
上記車両の乗員により操作されるチェンジレバーと、
上記チェンジレバーのセレクト方向の操作であるセレクト操作を可能にするためのセレクトレーンと、
上記チェンジレバーの、上記セレクトレーンに対して垂直なシフト方向の操作であるシフト操作を可能にするための複数のシフトレーンと、
を更に備え、
上記複数のシフトレーンのうち最高変速段用シフトレーンが、上記セレクトレーンにおけるセレクト方向の一側端に単独で設けられ、
上記セレクトレーンは、
上記最高変速段用シフトレーンを除く複数の前進変速段用シフトレーン及び後退速用シフトレーン間で上記セレクト方向に延びる第1レーン部と、
上記第1レーン部とは独立して設けられ、上記最高変速段用シフトレーンのシフト操作開始位置と、該最高変速段用シフトレーンに対してセレクト方向に隣接する特定変速段用シフトレーンにおけるシフト操作完了位置とに接続された第2レーン部と、
を有していることを特徴とする手動変速機。
