Description
エネルギーを車両に磁気誘導で供給する構成であって、本構成は、
−1次側導電体構成であって、交番電流が該導体構成を流れている間、電磁界を生成するように適合されている1次側導電体構成と、
−電磁界の磁力線を整形するように適合されている磁化可能な材料を含む磁界整形層と、を備え、
磁界整形層は磁化可能な材料から作られている複数の素子を含み、隣接の素子は互いに距離を隔てて配置されている。
−交番電流が1次側導体構成を流れている間、電磁界を生成するように適合されている該導電体構成が設けられ、
−電磁界の磁力線を整形するように適合されている磁化可能な材料を含む磁界整形層が導体構成の周囲に配置され、ここで、
磁界整形層は磁化可能な材料から作られている複数の素子を使用して配置され、隣接の素子は互いに距離を隔てて配置されている、方法が提案される。
Claims (10)
- エネルギーを車両に磁気誘導によって供給する構成であって、前記構成は、
−1次側導電体構成(26)であって、交番電流が前記導体構成(26)を流れている間、電磁界を生成するように適合されている前記1次側導電体構成(26)と、
−前記電磁界の磁力線を整形するように適合されている磁化可能な材料を含む磁界整形層(1a〜1d;1e〜1f)と、を備え、
前記磁界整形層(1a〜1d;1e〜1f)は前記磁化可能な材料から作られている複数の素子(1)を含み、隣接の素子(1a、1b;1a、1c)は互いに距離を隔てて配置されているのであって、
前記構成は、磁化可能な材料から作られている前記複数の素子(1)を含み、かつ、連続した支持層(23)を含む複合層として構成される前記磁界整形層(1a〜1d;1e〜1f)を備え、隣接の素子(1a、1b;1a、1c)は互いに距離を隔てて配置され、かつ、前記複数の素子(1)は前記連続した支持層(23)に固定され、
前記連続した支持層(23)は導電性材料から作られており、
かつ、
前記1次側導電体構成(26)は、前記複数の素子(1)から距離を隔てたところに位置し、
前記隣接の素子(1a、1b;1a、1c)は、前記連続した支持層(23)及び前記複数の素子(1)を含む前記複合層を、前記隣接の素子(1a、1b;1a、1c)の間のギャップ(2ab;2ac)に沿ってコイル状にまたは蛇行の形に折ることができるように、配置されている、ことを特徴とする構成。 - 2つの隣接の素子(1)間の前記距離は、前記距離を挟んだ前記方向における前記隣接の素子(1)の前記延在よりも小さい、請求項1に記載の構成。
- 磁化可能な材料から作られている前記素子(1)によって占められている方の前記磁界整形層(1a〜1d;1e〜1f)内の前記面積の、磁化可能な材料が存在しない前記磁界整形層(1a〜1d;1e〜1f)内の領域も含む方の前記磁界整形層(1a〜1d;1e〜1f)の前記総面積に対する前記比は、少なくとも70%であり、且つ97%を超えない、請求項1または2に記載の構成。
- 前記素子(1)はタイルの前記形状である、請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の構成。
- 前記素子(1)は、前記層の長手方向に、且つ/または前記層の横方向に、前記磁界整形層(1a〜1d;1e〜1f)の前記延在に亘って均等に分散されている、請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の構成。
- エネルギーを車両に磁気誘導によって供給する構成を生成する方法であり、
−交番電流が1次側導体構成(26)を流れている間、電磁界を生成するように適合されている前記導電体構成(26)が設けられ、
−前記電磁界の磁力線を整形するように適合されている磁化可能な材料を含む磁界整形層(1a〜1d;1e〜1f)が、前記導体構成(26)の周囲に配置される方法であって、
前記磁界整形層(1a〜1d;1e〜1f)は前記磁化可能な材料から作られている複数の素子(1)を使用して配置され、隣接の素子(1)は互いに距離を隔てて配置されているのであって、
前記磁界整形層は、磁化可能な材料から作られている前記複数の素子(1)を含み、かつ、連続した支持層(23)を含む複合層として構成され、隣接の素子(1a、1b;1a、1c)は互いに距離を隔てて配置され、かつ、前記複数の素子(1)は前記連続した支持層(23)に固定され、
前記連続した支持層(23)は導電性材料から作られており、
かつ、
前記1次側導電体構成(26)は、前記複数の素子(1)から距離を隔てたところに位置し、
前記隣接の素子(1a、1b;1a、1c)は、前記連続した支持層(23)及び前記複数の素子(1)を含む前記複合層を、前記隣接の素子(1a、1b;1a、1c)の間のギャップ(2ab;2ac)に沿ってコイル状にまたは蛇行の形に折ることができるように、配置されている、ことを特徴とする、方法。 - 磁化可能な材料から作られている前記素子(1)によって占められている方の前記磁界整形層(1a〜1d;1e〜1f)内の前記面積の、磁化可能な材料が存在しない前記磁界整形層(1a〜1d;1e〜1f)内の領域も含む方の前記磁界整形層(1a〜1d;1e〜1f)の前記総面積に対する前記比は、少なくとも70%であり、且つ97%を超えない、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 隣接の素子(1)は互いに距離を隔てて配置され、前記距離は前記距離を挟んだ前記方向における前記隣接の素子(1)の前記延在よりも小さい、請求項6または7に記載の方法。
- 前記素子(1)は、前記層の長手方向に、且つ/または前記層の横方向に、前記磁界整形層(1a〜1d;1e〜1f)の前記延在に亘って均等に分散されている、請求項6〜8の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記連続した支持層(23)及び前記素子(1)を含み、コイルの前記形状に巻かれるか、または断片状に重なり合って折られている前記複合層は、現場の対象領域の一部分に提供されて配置され、前記対象領域を占めるように巻き戻されるか、または広げられる、請求項6〜9の何れか1項に記載の方法。
