Description
ポリウレタンのメチルエチルケトン(MEK)溶液をシリンジに入れ、シリンジポンプに取り付ける。紡糸口金に約20kvを加える。直径が約1μmの繊維を作成し、シリコーンコーティングされたポリイミド基材にコーティングする。スピニングされたままの繊維マットを室温に一晩置き、次いで、約130℃で30分熱処理し、不織繊維マットを作成する。
フルオロプラスチック樹脂(例えば、FEP)の水性分散物を、エレクトロスピニングされた不織繊維マットにフローコーティングする。コーティング条件の詳細は、以下のとおりである。流速は1.8ml/分であり、回転RPMは123であり、コーティング速度は2mm/秒であり、ブレードのy軸の位置は59mmである。得られるコーティングを乾燥器中、250℃で30分加熱し、ポリウレタン繊維マットにFEPが充填した均一な表面コーティングを作成する。
Claims (14)
- 水系インクジェットプリンタに使用するための転写部材であって、前記転写部材が、不織ポリマー繊維マトリックスと;前記不織ポリマー繊維マトリックス全体に分散したポリマーとを含み、前記不織ポリマー繊維マトリックスが、第1の表面エネルギーを有し、前記ポリマーが、第2の表面エネルギーを有し、前記第1の表面エネルギーと前記第2の表面エネルギーの差が、約30mJ/m2〜約5mJ/m2である、転写部材。
- 前記ポリマーが、前記転写部材の約5重量%〜約95重量%含まれる、請求項1に記載の転写部材。
- 前記不織ポリマー繊維マトリックスが、前記転写部材の約5重量%〜約95重量%含まれる、請求項1に記載の転写部材。
- 前記転写部材が、前記不織ポリマー繊維マトリックスのポリマー繊維に沿って均一に分散した導電性粒子をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の転写部材。
- 前記導電性粒子が、前記転写部材の約0.5重量%〜約30重量%含まれる、請求項4に記載の転写部材。
- 前記第1の表面エネルギーは、約30mJ/m2〜約60mJ/m2である、請求項1に記載の転写部材。
- 前記第1の表面エネルギーは、約25mJ/m2〜約10mJ/m2である、請求項1に記載の転写部材。
- 前記第2の表面エネルギーは、約30mJ/m2〜約60mJ/m2である、請求項1に記載の転写部材。
- 前記第2の表面エネルギーは、約25mJ/m2〜約10mJ/m2である、請求項1に記載の転写部材。
- 水系インクジェットプリンタに使用するための転写部材であって、前記転写部材が、不織ポリマー繊維マトリックスと、前記不織ポリマー繊維マトリックス全体に分散したポリマーと、前記不織ポリマー繊維マトリックスの繊維に沿って均一に分散した導電性粒子とを含み、前記不織ポリマー繊維マトリックスが、第1の表面エネルギーを有し、前記ポリマーが、第2の表面エネルギーを有し、前記第1の表面エネルギーと前記第2の表面エネルギーの差が、約30mJ/m2〜約5mJ/m2である、転写部材。
- 前記ポリマーが、前記転写部材の約5重量%〜約95重量%含まれる、請求項10に記載の転写部材。
- 前記不織ポリマー繊維マトリックスが、前記転写部材の約5重量%〜約95重量%含まれる、請求項10に記載の転写部材。
- 前記導電性粒子が、前記転写部材の約0.5重量%〜約30重量%含まれる、請求項10に記載の転写部材。
- 前記導電性粒子が、グラフェンナノ粒子を含む、請求項10に記載の転写部材。
