Description
(B)ビニル系芳香族炭化水素と共役ジエン化合物との共重合体である熱可塑性ブロック共重合体を含む、ホットメルト粘着剤を提供する。
例えば、
旭化成ケミカルズ(株)製の「Asaprene T438」(商品名)、「Asaprene T439」(商品名)、「Asaprene T420」(商品名)、「Tuftec H114」(商品名)、「Tuftec P1500」(商品名);
JSR(株)製の「TR2000」(商品名);TSRC社製の「タイポール4202」(商品名);クレイトンポリマー社製の「Kraton D1162PT」(商品名)、「G1650M」(商品名);日本ゼオン社製の「Quintac3460」(商品名)、「Quintac3433N」(商品名)、「Quintac3520」(商品名)、「Quintac3270」(商品名);クレイトン社製の「D1160」(商品名)、DEXCO社の「ベクター4114」(商品名)等を例示できる。これらの市販品は、各々単独で又は二種類以上を組み合わせて使用することができる。
酸化防止剤として、例えばフェノール系酸化防止剤、イオウ系酸化防止剤、リン系酸化防止剤を例示できる。紫外線吸収剤として、例えばベンゾトリアゾール系紫外線吸収剤、ベンゾフェノン系紫外線吸収剤を例示できる。更に、ラクトン系安定剤を添加することもできる。これらは単独又は組み合わせて使用することができる。
キャリアテープ、パッケージング等に利用される粘着テープ、
商品表示、荷札、POP、ステッカー、ストライプ、ネームプレート等に用いられる粘着ラベル、
プリント基板のマスキングや、包装・梱包に使用される粘着シート、
絆創膏、救急絆創膏、サージカルドレッシング、手術用縫合テープ、サリチル酸絆創膏、パップ剤、消炎鎮痛プラスター、経皮吸収薬、固定テーピング、自着性包帯、カイロ、オムツや生理用品等の医療・衛生材料が挙げられる。
尚、実施例の記載において、特に記載がない限り、溶媒を考慮しない部分を、重量部及び重量%の基準としている。
(A)重量平均分子量が50,000以上のアモルファスポリスチレン樹脂
(A1)ポリスチレン樹脂(ベトナムポリスチレン社製の「GPPS−525N」(商品名)、重量平均分子量234,000、融点観測されず)
(A2)ポリスチレン樹脂(東洋ポリスチレン社製の「トーヨースチロールGP G100C」(商品名)、重量平均分子量173,000、融点観測されず)
(A3)リサイクルポリスチレン樹脂(TRUST社製のリサイクルポリスチレン、重量平均分子量360,000、融点観測されず)
(A’4)ポリスチレン系樹脂(EASTMAN社製の「Kristalex3085」(商品名)、重量平均分子量1,200、融点観測されず)
(A’5)ポリスチレン系樹脂(EASTMAN社製の「Kristalex5140」(商品名)、重量平均分子量4,900、融点観測されず)
(A’6)ポリスチレン系樹脂(EASTMAN社製の「PiccolasticD125」(商品名)、重量平均分子量45,300、融点観測されず)
(A’7)結晶性ポリスチレン系樹脂(出光興産社製の「ザレックS105」(商品名)、 重量平均分子量180,000、融点270℃)
(A’8)結晶性ポリスチレン系樹脂(出光興産社製の「ザレックSP130」(商品名)、重量平均分子量270,000、融点270℃)
(B1)非水素添加型スチレン−イソプレン−スチレンブロック共重合体(日本ゼオン社製の「Quintac3433N」(商品名)、スチレン含有率16重量%)
(B2)非水素添加型スチレン−ブタジエン−スチレンブロック共重合体(旭化成ケミカルズ社製の「Asaprene T438」(商品名)、スチレン含有率35%)
(C1)部分水素添加型石油樹脂(出光石油化学社製の「アイマーブS100」(商品名)、軟化点100℃、重量平均分子量1,200)
(D1)ナフテン系オイル(出光興産社製の「ダイアナフレシアN90」(商品名))
(D2)パラフィン系オイル(出光興産社製の「ダイアナフレシアS32」(商品名))
(E1)フェノール系酸化防止剤(住友化学工業製の「スミライザーGM」(商品名))
(E2)イオウ系酸化防止剤(アデカ社製の「アデカスタブAO−412S」(商品名))
(A)〜(E)の成分を表1及び表2に示す配合割合で配合し、約145℃で約1.5時間かけて万能攪拌機を用いて溶融混合し、実施例1〜9のホットメルト粘着剤を調製した。表3及び表4に示す比較例1〜9のホットメルト粘着剤についても、実施例と同様の条件で調製した。
粘着力保持
厚さ50μmのPETフィルムに熱ローラーを用いてホットメルト粘着剤を約20μmの厚みに塗工し、幅2.5cm、長さ7cmの試験片を短冊状に切り出した。
試験片を所定温度(0℃、23℃および40℃)で2時間養生した後、試験片の粘着面をステンレス版に2kgのローラーを用いて貼り付けた。0℃、23℃および40℃にて万能引張試験機を用い、引き剥がし速度300mm/min、180度ピーリングで粘着力(g/25mm)を測定した。
各温度で測定された粘着力から粘着力保持率を算出した。算出式を以下に示す。
(粘着力保持率)≧90% ◎
90%>(粘着力保持率)≧70% ○
70%>(粘着力保持率)≧50% △
50%>(粘着力保持率) ×
ホットメルト粘着剤10gを30mlガラス瓶に入れ、150℃雰囲気下で1日放置した。冷却後、ガラス瓶を密閉し、室温で1時間放置し、その後、ホットメルト粘着剤の臭気を評価した。
臭気はほとんど感じられない ◎
臭気はあるが不快臭は感じられない ○
若干不快臭が感じられる △
不快臭が明瞭に感じられる ×
ホットメルト粘着剤を160℃のオーブンに1日静置した後、160℃での溶融粘度を測定し、初期の溶融粘度から1日後の溶融粘度の変化率を求めた、算出式は以下に示す。

Claims (4)
- (A)重量平均分子量が50,000以上のアモルファスポリスチレン樹脂、及び
(B)ビニル系芳香族炭化水素と共役ジエン化合物との共重合体である熱可塑性ブロック共重合体を含む、ホットメルト粘着剤。 - 更に、(C)粘着付与剤を含む、請求項1に記載のホットメルト粘着剤。
- (B)熱可塑性ブロック共重合体がスチレン-ブタジエン-スチレン共重合体及びスチレン-イソプレン-スチレン共重合体から選ばれた少なくとも1種を含む、請求項1又は2に記載のホットメルト粘着剤。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のホットメルト粘着剤が塗工されて得られる粘着製品。
