本发明是一种模具压的敏胶,包含添加剂和载体,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5~6%丙烯酸酯乳液,10~35%聚苯乙烯,1~10%聚异戊二烯,0~3%软化剂,0~2.5%抗氧剂,5~20%聚磷酸铵,10~20%氨基酸锌,30~60%三聚氰胺,通过本方法制备的产品,拥有极好的压敏胶效果,同时拥有较好的可降解性。

本发明公开了一种模具压的敏胶。
背景技术
环保材料是指低毒、低排放型,经过加工、合成等技术手段来控制有毒、有害物质的积聚和缓慢释放、因其毒性轻微、对人类健康不构成危险的装饰材料,现有的技术中,压敏胶降解性较差,会对环境造成一定负荷。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种模具压的敏胶,拥有极好的压敏胶效果,同时拥有较好的可降解性。
为了实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种模具压的敏胶,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5~6%丙烯酸酯乳液,10~35%聚苯乙烯,1~10%聚异戊二烯, 0~3%软化剂,0~2.5%抗氧剂,5~20%聚磷酸铵,10~20%氨基酸锌,30~60%三聚氰胺。
有益效果:通过本方法制备的产品,拥有极好的压敏胶效果,同时拥有较好的可降解性。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种模具压的敏胶,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5%丙烯酸酯乳液,10%聚苯乙烯,1%聚异戊二烯,1%软化剂,1%抗氧剂,5%聚磷酸铵,10%氨基酸锌,30%三聚氰胺,此时拥有较好的可降解性,但是压敏胶效果不理想。
实施例2
一种模具压的敏胶,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:6%丙烯酸酯乳液,35%聚苯乙烯,10%聚异戊二烯,3%软化剂,2.5%抗氧剂,20%聚磷酸铵,20%氨基酸锌,60%三聚氰胺,此时压敏胶效果良好,但是可降解性较差。
实施例3
一种模具压的敏胶,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:4%丙烯酸酯乳液,23%聚苯乙烯,5%聚异戊二烯,1.5%软化剂,1.25%抗氧剂,13%聚磷酸铵,15%氨基酸锌,45%三聚氰胺,此时拥有极好的压敏胶效果,同时拥有较好的可降解性。

1.一种模具压的敏胶,包含添加剂和载体,其特征在于,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:0.5~6%丙烯酸酯乳液,10~35%聚苯乙烯,1~10%聚异戊二烯,0~3%软化剂,0~2.5%抗氧剂,5~20%聚磷酸铵,10~20%氨基酸锌,30~60%三聚氰胺。
