Description
本特許出願は米国特許法第119条(e)の下に2012年5月16日出願の米国仮出願第61/647,582号の優先権の利益を主張し、その内容は本明細書に参照により組み込まれる。
Claims (18)
- 弁アセンブリであって、
第1のハウジングと、
前記第1のハウジングの端部に結合されるベース部を有するダイヤフラム部材であって、前記ベース部と接続部を介して接続されるとともに前記接続部周りに個別に旋回可能な複数のシーリング部材を持つダイヤフラム部材と、
前記ダイヤフラム部材の上で前記第1のハウジングの端部に結合される第2のハウジングであって、前記第2のハウジングを通ってのびる、前記第2の部材のまわりに間隔を空けて配置される複数のポートを持つ、第2のハウジングとを有し、
前記ダイヤフラム部材が(i)前記第1のハウジング内の圧力が所定レベル未満であることに応じて前記第1のハウジングの端部を前記シーリング部材が密封する、第1の状態であって、前記第1の状態において前記ポートの各々が開いている、状態と、(ii)前記第1のハウジング内の圧力が前記所定レベル以上であることに応じて、前記シーリング部材が前記第1のハウジングの端部から離れて旋回し、前記端部を密封しない、第2の状態であって、前記第2の状態において各シーリング部材が前記ポートの各一つを密封する、状態との間で駆動するように構成される、
弁アセンブリ。 - 前記複数の個別に旋回可能なシーリング部材が三つ以上のシーリング部材を有し、前記複数のポートが三つ以上のポートを有する、請求項1に記載の弁アセンブリ。
- 前記ポートが前記第2のハウジングの外周まわりに等間隔に配置される、請求項2に記載の弁アセンブリ。
- 前記複数の個別に旋回可能なシーリング部材が四つ以上のシーリング部材を有し、前記複数のポートが四つ以上のポートを有する、請求項3に記載の弁アセンブリ。
- 前記ダイヤフラム部材がドーム型形状を持つ、請求項1に記載の弁アセンブリ。
- 前記ダイヤフラム部材がピラミッド型形状を持つ、請求項1に記載の弁アセンブリ。
- 前記ダイヤフラム部材が前記第1のハウジングの端部に結合される前記ベース部を持ち、前記シーリング部材が前記ベース部からのび、前記ベース部に対して旋回可能である、請求項1に記載の弁アセンブリ。
- 各シーリング部材がシーリング本体部と、前記シーリング本体部の上面からのびる突出部材とを含み、前記突出部材の各々の形状が前記ポートの各々の形状とマッチし、前記第2の状態において前記突出部材の各々が前記ポートを密封するように前記ポートの各一つ内に受容される、請求項7に記載の弁アセンブリ。
- 各シーリング部材の前記ベース部と各シーリング本体部と突出部材が、3ショアA乃至70ショアA若しくは同等の範囲の硬度を持つエラストマー材料で作られる、請求項8に記載の弁アセンブリ。
- 各シーリング部材の前記ベース部と各シーリング本体部が第1の硬度を持つエラストマー材料で作られ、各シーリング部材の前記突出部材が前記第1の硬度より大きい第2の硬度を持つ材料で作られる、請求項8に記載の弁アセンブリ。
- 各シーリング本体部の断面の厚さが前記ベース部に最も近いその近位端から前記近位端と反対側のその遠位端まで変化する、請求項8に記載の弁アセンブリ。
- 前記断面の厚さが前記近位端において最大であり前記遠位端において最小である、請求項11に記載の弁アセンブリ。
- 前記第1のハウジングの端部が複数の開口部を画定する複数のリブ部材を含み、前記第1の状態において各シーリング部材が前記開口部の各々を密封するように前記リブ部材の少なくとも一つと係合する、請求項1に記載の弁アセンブリ。
- 前記第1のハウジングの端部が前記第2のハウジング内に複数のガス流路を画定するフィン付部材を含み、各ガス流路は前記シーリング部材の各一つと対応付けられる、請求項1に記載の弁アセンブリ。
- 装置のガス流路において請求項1に記載の弁アセンブリを利用してユーザへ呼吸ガスのフローを供給するための装置。
- 前記装置が患者インターフェース装置である、請求項15に記載の装置。
- 患者インターフェース装置に結合されるように構成される、請求項1に記載の弁アセンブリを含む流体結合管。
- 弁アセンブリを用いて患者へ及び患者からのガスフローを制御するシステムであって、前記弁アセンブリが、第1のハウジングと、前記第1のハウジングの端部に結合されるベース部を有するダイヤフラム部材であって、前記ベース部と接続部を介して接続されるとともに前記接続部周りに個別に旋回可能な複数のシーリング部材を持つダイヤフラム部材と、前記ダイヤフラム部材の上で前記第1のハウジングの端部に結合される第2のハウジングであって、前記第2の部材のまわりに間隔を空けて配置される前記第2のハウジング部材を通ってのびる複数のポートを含む第2のハウジングとを含む、前記システムにおいて、
前記ダイヤフラム部材が(i)前記第1のハウジング内の圧力が所定レベル未満であることに応じて前記第1のハウジングの端部を前記シーリング部材が密封する、第1の状態であって、前記第1の状態において前記ポートの各々が開いている、状態と、(ii)前記第1のハウジング内の圧力が前記所定レベル以上であることに応じて、前記シーリング部材が前記第1のハウジングの端部から離れて旋回し、前記端部を密封しない、第2の状態であって、前記第2の状態において各シーリング部材が前記ポートの各一つを密封する、状態との間で駆動するように構成される、システム。
