Claims (3)
- 電位検出型の固体電解質酸素センサに用いられる検知極材料であって、BaxSr(1−x)FeO(3−δ)で表わされる酸化物により構成され、xは0.1以上1.0以下の値であり、δは0を超え0.5以下の値であることを特徴とする電位検出型固体電解質酸素センサ用検知極材料。
- 請求項1に記載の検知極材料よりなる検知極と、前記検知極が所定面に設けられた酸素イオン導電性を有する固体電解質と、前記固体電解質の前記所定面の反対面となる大気開放された箇所に設けられた白金よりなる参照極と、前記固体電解質を加熱するヒータとを備え、前記ヒータは、前記固体電解質を500℃以上600℃以下となるよう加熱することを特徴とする濃淡電池式酸素センサ。
- 請求項1に記載の検知極材料よりなる検知極と、前記検知極が所定面に設けられた酸素イオン導電性を有する固体電解質と、前記固体電解質の前記所定面の反対面となる大気開放された箇所に設けられた白金よりなる参照極と、前記固体電解質を加熱するヒータとを備え、前記ヒータは、前記固体電解質を550℃以上600℃以下となるよう加熱することを特徴とするラムダセンサ。
